Nogueira/Sapp (perhaps Cro Cop or Couture but I'll go with Sapp)

Nogueira/Shogun (******* incredible fight.)

JDS/Carwin (great use of the jab)

Shogun/Henderson (this was just slightly worse than Shogun/Nogueira imo, but I wanted to mix it up)

Wanderlei/Rampage II (great fight)

Fitch/? (the guy is awesome and I enjoy his fights, but lets be honest, none of them really stand out. I guess if I had to pick it would be Alves the first time)

Maia/Sonnen (the absolute domination of such a great fighter was SICK)

T-Wood/Woods (first fight of his I saw live, my friend told me he was a great prospect, and I was impressed by his ragdolling and the finishing sub. Coincidentally seeing Mike Chandler ragdoll the same guy was what opened my eyes to him as a prospect)

Pitbull/Reis II (I was a huge fan of his immediately after I saw him heel hook Romero with some really slick ground work, but the Reis rematch just showed a new Pitbull who is hungry for Warren's blood, and he unleashed one of my favorite KO's of all time.)

Oliveira/Lentz (I was a fan of Oliveira's before he came to the UFC, but my favorite performance of his was against Nik Lentz where he showed off some incredibly fluent ground work and stand up. Fight against Bezerra was great too.)

Just relevant to this topic because he's in my top 3, but I was asking Phil Baroni on twitter about if he ever checked out Tapology, he responded and said "not yet" so hopefully maybe he will soon.
