Yeah, Kennedy's not really great at one specific thing. Lyoto should pick him apart and stuff takedowns to a UD. Then again, i probably said the same damn thing about his last fight.

I have Kennedy ranked 11th on my personal list not far out of top 10 . This is most likely a tune up fight to see how Lyoto handles the cut. Also could be punishment for Tims remarks on fighter pay :p

Tim Kennedy is not a tune up fight for anyone. This isn't 2009 anymore. Machida is average. Get over it. He could drink all the piss and whatever other bodily fluids the Nogs and Anderson supply him and it won't help. Just don't be surprised when Tim wins this.

I like Kennedy, and I realize we are no longer in the Machida Era, but I just can't see Tim winning this fight. Lyoto is better in every aspect of the game. Except for bleeding, Tim's great at that.

Tim is also good at actually fighting. Not running. He will close the distance and grind on Machida until he gives up or 15 minutes is up. Either way Tim wins.

My first thought was "Machida will kill him." But I thought the same thing about Davis. With Machida's style, and the way the judging is, you never know. If Kennedy plays it right he could win.

Yeah and Machida/Shogun 1 was a ******* awful robbery and anyone with eyes that work would tell you that. I'm biased but I'm right and Machida fans know it but don't want to accept it.

All you guys can do is down arrow my posts and wish it was 2009 again. Quit living in the past. Machida is far from what he used to be. ****, I feel like I'm telling a bunch of kids that Santa isn't real........

This won't even be close, Machida is on a different level than Kennedy. If Davis couldn't take Machida down more than once or twice then Kennedy sure as hell won't and Machida easily has the striking advantage.

Guida did run in that fight @curt. Never said he didn't. It was terrible. Guida actually landed some punches though and got a TD or 2. What did Maynard do? Swing and miss and swing and miss and then get stuffed when he went for a TD. Honestly neither one deserved to win.
