I actually didn't watch Invicta because one of my best friends visited me here at college tonight, but I'm free tomorrow night. Definitely don't plan on missing Rizin. I see I'm off to an undefeated start to the week on Best of the Rest. Hopefully I can keep it going. And don't worry about the tough crowd, I always enjoy your posts (and even went out of my way to up-vote you on both of them). Guess some people can't handle a difference in opinion. I dunno. It's not like you said anything wrong or dumb. Maybe a lot of people just love Hamasaki, haha. Don't stop posting just because of some down-votes, no need to let that shit bother you. Hopefully, I'll see you on the forum for UFC and Rizin tomorrow.

Damn dtrain you're doing good on that Best of The Rest League that we do. I don't think we'll be able to catch Turner187, hes off to a huge lead and DJcloud who plays here and over there will be hard to catch. the next 4 (3rd-6th) are me, you, FlashyG and Budge. Those 2 help me run that League. You're hanging with the bid Dawgs. Nice! We have a buety combo coming up. One, WSOF, and Legacy. That WSOF card is so stacked, their best card of all time I think. Just don't forget with One Champiuonship there's a Friday morning lock around 7AM ET. Good luck my dude.

Dude, I'll just be happy to end up in the top-10 and get that award haha. Thanks for the heads up! Also, how about our boy Cruickshank? Looked better than expected vs. Souwer, and the fight went how I thought it might. I know Souwer is a kickboxer, but Daron's wrestling and BJJ was on point against him, at least. Hopefully he keeps working on it to add another dimension to his overall game.

Getting the perfect hot bout right on Valiev's win was big for me. I really hope I can go out strong with a bronze medal. At least I know I'll get a top-10 award unless everything goes wrong. I'll be picking enough favorites that it shouldn't be an issue though. And unfortunately, I don't think I'll play next season. College is ridiculous this semester, and it's honestly bee a bit of a struggle finding time to pick the cards on here and Tapology. I may still pick a few big cards here and there (I won't miss any UFC events though), but not enough to do Best of the Rest though. Hopefully, I'll be back for the following season if all goes well. Also, you never got back to me on the Cruickshank/Souwer fight. Your thoughts?

You can find Cruickshank vs. Souwer on Youtube fairly easily. No guarantee it will be up for too long though. And I'm glad I had a pretty good UFC 204 myself. 90th overall...not bad.

Ah, thank you for the heads up. So next week will count as the last one for this current season, then?

Hah, yeah, I know right? Nice to see him win by submission for the first time in ages. It was against a guy with very limited BJJ experience, so I'm not too surprised and don't expect to see it often. I just hope Daron works on it to make himself more dangerous. That said, good performance and he has one last fight on his Rizin contract. I'm hoping he fights Takanori Gomi if the UFC cuts him.

Thank you, and congratulations on tying for third! Wish I held on in that last week, but what are you gonna do? How can I check the award I earned? You said that top-10 people get something, I believe. And unfortunately, I'll probably sit this season out. My semester has only gotten busier, unfortunately.

I have it! Thanks! Also, what do you think of Daron's next fight? I posted more complete thoughts in the thread, but I can see it going similar to the Sasaki fight. Not overly familiar with Kitaoka though.

I have the same pick. I don't know much on Kitaoka, but I believe he'll play it safe like he did in the Shinji Sasaki fight. Plus, the fact that it's a ring and not a cage is advantageous to Cruickshank. And yes, the first round is 10 minutes.

Ugh, yeah. I don't know if you saw the fight, but it was frustrating to watch. Daron was beating him for seven minutes. He had him dropped, bloody, and his nose broken. He played it too safe rather than going in for the kill. Kitaoka landed a takedown and that's all she wrote.

When Nick diaz laid down in the middle of the octagon vs anderson silva when they fought i laughed so hard. the rest of the fight was gravy. I hope Nick Diaz has one more big fight.
