Haha bassistdood you don't even have Anderson on your list. NO ONE deserves to be #1 except for him.

I don't see how anyone could not include Anderson. I'm too biased to say the same about Nog but in my opinion he needs to be included.

Every win Anderson gets is making me want to put him in the number one spot, and if it's not Fedor, it's definitely him.

Well to be fair I like Anderson a lot better than I like Fedor. I just feel Fedor's amazing 31 fight streak hasn't been matched, and Anderson's biggest wins aren't as big as Fedor's biggest wins. I am coming closer and closer to putting Anderson at number one though. From a pure skill standpoint, Anderson probably takes number one, he is so mind-blowingly good on the feet. But no one ever came close to beating Fedor in Pride, he was a machine. I don't know. A few more wins probably earns Anderson the spot.

Barao has a 29 fight unbeaten streak. And barring one or two wins, they're largely the same type of competition. Fedor's "streak" is impressive, but it's not some mindblowing unbelievable thing people make it out to be. Anderson's 14-0 in the UFC alone is leaps and bounds more impressive than Fedor's streak. He's older and has taken more damage and is still shelacking people, while Fedor couldn't even stick around in the UFC today. There is seriously NO argument.

Nogueira and Cro Cop are both bigger wins than anyone on Anderson's resume. He also never even came close to losing a fight in Pride. Barao's winstreak is impressive as well but the only names on there are Cariaso, Pickett and Escovedo. Anderson's 14 fight win streak is amazing but guys like Sonnen, Okami, even Dan Henderson (and don't bring up Henderson beating today's Fedor, because it's irrelevant) are not as big of wins as the guys Fedor fought. Yes, in hindsight you could go back and pick apart his record, but we'll be able to do that with Anderson as well. If you were watching him fight during Pride rather than seeing him lose now you wouldn't be under rating Fedor as much.

First of all, in the scope of the sport, All 14 of Anderson's wins are bigger than any of Fedor's because they came in the premier organization. But to indulge you, Cro Cop never beat ANYONE in Pride, his hype was from beating cans and MW's with head kicks. But anyway, alright I'll give you Nog and Cro Cop as huge wins, but CERTAINLY his wins over Belfort, Henderson, and Griffin, and Okami are all more impressive than any of Fedor's wins. Not only because how their talent and ranking, but HOW he beat them. Then after those wins for Fedor he doesn't have a single win that even COMPARES to Anderson's other 11 UFC wins. Outside of Cro Cop, Nog, Sylvia, and Arlovski. No one he beat was even top 25.

Ha. Wait five years for a new wave of MMA fan who'll discredit Silvas reign as theyll say the competition wasn't as tough as the future champion had to face. Fedor decisively beat good fighters at that time. a 31 win-streak is insane. If Silva loses his next thirty fights im not going to move him from the top spot until someone like GSP can surpass his achievements.

Once again, you're whole argument comes from hindsight. I'm done arguing this, neither of us will ever change our minds. When it was around PRIDE was the premier organization, by the way.

Fedor's ******* awesome and everything but he's lost 3 fights in a row and Anderson is still killing fools.
