    Max "Blessed" Holloway
    Max Holloway
    "Blessed"
    26-7-0
Elite stand up fighter, one of the bets boxers in the UFC. Utilizes body shots well. Also has good takedown defense and solid grappling, can do some GNP though maybe not as good with that. Can definitely get tagged too, but hes one of the best out there. Can beat anyone in this division.

-Beat Arnold Allen. It wasn't a blowout. It's hard to not think hes starting to fade a bit, but as of now, hes still just ahead everyone else in the division besides volk.

-Nice win vs. Korean Zombie. He still is elite.
  2. 2

    Yair "El Pantera" Rodriguez
    Yair Rodriguez
    "El Pantera"
    18-5-0, 1 NC
Really solid stand up fighter, great kicks, knees, and some good boxing. Isn't great at getting back up from the ground against great foes. But can probably stand with almost anyone.

-vs. Ortega, looked great standing. Prevented a takedown for a while, then as he was getting up, Ortega's shoulder got messed up. He really has excellent tools

-Hell of a win vs. Emmett. He looked so sharp standing, was great off his back, used kicks, knees, everything. Diverse attack, and he is long. He feels like he is getting a lot better.

-Got dominated by Volk. In a stand up fight, he can go with anyone except maybe the top 2. But his takedown defense was a huge weakness vs. volk.
  3. 3

    Arnold "Almighty" Allen
    Arnold Allen
    "Almighty"
    19-3-0
Strong, long stand up fighter. Very technical, some power, good takedown defense, but also didn't really blow me away.

-Picked up a huge win and quick KO vs. Dan Hooker, but Dan just looked very bad at this weight class, so I can't upgrade him based off that.

-His fight with Kattar ended by injury early, but he really looked great in R1 before that. Very technical standing, nice speed, smart, good range, feints, movement. He can throw with some scary power once he has his opponent in the right spot too. I had been disrespecting him, but this made it clear how good he is.

-Lost vs. Holloway, but didn't get embarrassed. Showed his technical skill and defense. Has potential to be near the top down the road.

    Ilia "El Matador" Topuria
    Ilia Topuria
    "El Matador"
    15-0-0
Dominated Bryce Mitchell. He is scary standing, though he throws with a bit too much power a lot in my opinion. Also showed great takedown defense vs. a very good wrestler, and showed his own ground skills. Dude is a beast. My only concern is him being more technical.

-Great performance vs. Emmett. Very crisp boxing. I think Emmett was a great matchup for him, as he doesn't mix it up much, but the dude is one hell of a boxer and has ground skills.
  5. 5

    Calvin "The Boston Finisher" Kattar
    Calvin Kattar
    "The Boston Finisher"
    23-8-0
Excellent stand up fighter. Mostly boxing. Disciplined, has excellent cardio and chin, but also proved he is not close to the level of the very best at striking. Has some wrestling ability, but doesn't really use it.

-Showed his stuff vs. Giga. Wrestling, cardio, stand up, he has it all. His chin is so damn good too.

-More of the same vs. Emmett. I had him winning the fight. Just a very skilled boxer. Loves his elbows too. But he also doesn't seem to be able to lands with tons of power vs. the best which can hold him back. Still has great takedown defense and cardio is elite.

-Got injured early vs. Arnold Allen. I did thin he lost R1. The lack of power probably hurts him a bit, but his volume and technical ability are still excellent. Probably won't see him for a while, so we will see what he looks like.
  6. 6

    Josh "CC0" Emmett
    Josh Emmett
    "CC0"
    19-4-0
Technical stand up fighter, great movement, pretty good technique. Had a very close fight with Dan Ige. He has good power too when he can land. Didn't really see any other elements to his game. He was off for 2 years and looked pretty good considering that layoff.

-Had a nice performance vs. Kattar. Rounds 4 and 5 were definitely his weakest, but he is very skilled standing. Can avoid big shots. Has nice power. Maybe a little vulnerable to the jab from range. Wrestling definitely isn't top tier, but he is very high level.

-Struggled vs. Yair. He looked wild, when he usually looks pretty technical. Wrestling wasn't effective and he got submitted. He is skilled, but I feel like I have seen his ceiling.

-Got beat up by Topuria. Just wasn't as technical or fast. Still a tricky dude, but he is getting older, and has taken some pretty intense damage his last few fights.

-Ko'd Mitchell into oblivion. He has insane power.
  7. 7

    Movsar Evloev
    Movsar Evloev
    18-0-0
Had an excellent performance vs. Dan Ige. Undefeated, excellent wrestler and grappler. He is quite technical standing. Not super explosive or good at finishing, but he has every tool possible. Only the very best strikers that have good takedown D can beat him imo.

-Beat Diego Lopes, but it was hairy in spots. Got into some bad spots. He was better standing but wasn't overwhelming. Still has the wrestling, but couldn't use it as much because of the submissions. I still like his overall skillset, but he isn't looking like a future champion right now.
  8. 8

    Nathaniel "The Prospect" Wood
    Nathaniel Wood
    "The Prospect"
    19-6-0
Had a really impressive Featherweight debut. Looked very sharp standing. Nice hand speed and movement. Nice leg kicks. Good takedown defense. Did end up on the ground once and was in a tough looking submission but survived. Interested to see him against someone better, but he looked great.

-Looked tremendous vs. Charles Jourdain. He is so technical standing, nice defense and hand speed. And he has tricky trips and great BJJ. He is a former Bantamweight, and I wonder if that will hurt him vs. the best, but he is really talernted and technical.

-Still looked excellent vs. Fili. Did get tagged a few times, but he is extremely talented. The size remains my only big concern.

-Lost to Naimov, but I had him winning. Did get hit a few times, but landed the bigger blows. Was taken down a few too many times, which is something to watch, but I still love the skillset.
  9. 9

    Brian "T-City" Ortega
    Brian Ortega
    "T-City"
    16-3-0, 1 NC
Top contender. Skilled stand up fighter, and just absolutely elite at submissions. Can quickly catch anyone in deadly chokes, was just unlucky that volkanovski can hold out unlike any other. But he is very clearly near the top of the division.

-vs. Yair, he messed up his shoulder. He can definitely stand, but he isn't as good as the elite there. I worry about his ability to get fights to the ground to use that BJJ, because he doesn't have great wrestling, and most people will be smart enough to avoid him there. This shoulder is also a concern, but he is still very good.
  10. 10

    "50k" Dan Ige
    Dan Ige
    "50k"
    18-7-0
Good stand up fighter, known for his top tier chin, which he showed vs. Josh Emmett. He responded well after getting knocked down too. Seemed a step or 2 below the top, but he is very solid.

-More of the same vs. Movsar. He is very solid all around, but just a step below on standing, and wrestling. But he is very solid at everything

-Had a really nice performance vs. Damon Jackson. He is just very well rounded and tough in all regards. Great power with the KO

-Great technical performance vs. Nate Landwehr. Had some power, was crisp standing, great takedown D. Very solid fighter.

-Lost to Bryce but I had him winning. He clearly did more damage in my view. His stand up remains crisp, his takedown D wasn't bad, but he did wear down a bit there,

    Giga "Ninja" Chikadze
    Giga Chikadze
    "Ninja"  |  15-3-0
Just a devastating stand up fighter. Ferocious, disciplined strikes, didn't see much of his other skills, but it felt like he could stand with anyone, and he has solid power. Kicks and punches.

-Still a great fighter, but showed his holes against Kattar. He is explosive, but tends to gas by round 3. Takedown defense is also poor. The kicks are good but can leave him open to those takedowns.

-Won a semi close fight with Bruce Leroy. He showed he is pretty technical standing, and he hits with more power which is huge. But it also wasn't the dominant performance you'd want from a top 10 type guy.
  13. 12

    Bryce "Thug Nasty" Mitchell
    Bryce Mitchell
    "Thug Nasty"  |  16-2-0
Tenacious wrestler. Also has enough stand up where he has to be respected. He really dominated Barboza with wrestling that showed he is an upper tier guy. I'd be very curious to see him vs. an opponent with better takedown defense.

-Supposedly fought with the flu or something vs. Topuria. Had some moments, but couldn't do much wrestling. And while he was OK standing, he just isn't elite there. Still should be dangerous vs. a lot of guys,

-Beat Dan Ige. He Showed his relentless wrestling and grappling. He did get hit hard standing, and he had a hard time doing much damage vs. a good grappler. He is going to be a tough out for anyone.

-Got lit up by Emmett. Just isn't on that level standing.
  14. 13

    Joanderson "Tubarão" Brito
    Joanderson Brito
    "Tubarão"  |  16-3-1
Super strong for this division. Very powerful strikes, good wrestling, great submission defense, and some good GNP. He was very impressive in DWCS and he fought an opponent that looked pretty good.

Was very aggressive vs. Algeo. His stand up is wild but so aggressive that it actually seems to work well. But he wanted takedowns and that kept not working. Very odd strategic decisions. Also got taken down. His cardio does hold up pretty well for his insane pace.

-Caught Fili and knocked him out. His aggressiveness is insane, and with smarter game plans, he can take a lot of guys out.

-Dominated a debuting Lucas Alexander. Showed his wrestling and submission game. His power can really scare people. The loss vs. Algeo feels like a bit of a fluke. I think he is the real deal, I just need to see him vs. more top tier guys.

-Dominated Westin Wilson. He can be a bit wild, but still love all the tools.

-Nice win vs, JSP. I hate how much time he spent on his back, but he nabbed a sick submission vs. a good grappler. And the stand up is still explosive.
  15. 14

    Edson "Junior" Barboza
    Edson Barboza
    "Junior"  |  24-11-0
Solid stand up fighter, just not quite in the echelon of Giga.

-vs. Bryce mitchell, he just got wrestled badly and couldn't do much about it. He still looks good standing, but is not going to be able to deal with absolutely elite wrestlers.

-Nice win vs. Billy Q. He still has some very high level stand up and power. And he did stop a takedown as well.

-Got rocked early vs. Yusuff but stayed in it and won. He is a dawg, and super talented standing.
  16. 15

    "Super" Sodiq Yusuff
    Sodiq Yusuff
    "Super"  |  13-4-0
Disciplined stand up fighter, good takedown defense, and good submission defense. Seemed well rounded and tough, but also was definitely hit a bit by Bruce Leroy, only won with leg kicks really.

-Had a nice performance vs. a very outclassed Don Shamis. He had some nasty knees from the clinch, and then transitioned to a choke. Has skills, but tough to up him tons from that opponent.

-Had a nice start vs. Barboza, almost had him finished, but then got outclassed the rest of the way. Still really well rounded and talented, but the stand up hasn't quite wowed me vs the absolute best.
  17. 16

    "The Miracle" Lerone Murphy
    Lerone Murphy
    "The Miracle"  |  13-0-1
Elite kickboxer. His takedown defense worried me, and it took him a while to get out of the ground vs. a really good wrestler. But he also caught that wrestler and knocked him out on a takedown attempt. I think he will do well against almost any non wrestler, but elite wrestlers will be scary.

Was in a close fight with a debuting Santos. Looks solid standing still, and actually his grappling was pretty good here, even used some of his own wrestling. He might be really good. Did get taken down a few times, but got out of bad positions eventually.

-Great performance vs. Cuilbao. He is technical standing, not perfect grappling, but seems to be showing more skills there. Busted out some takedowns and ground control. He is becoming very good.
  18. 17

    Andre "Touchy" Fili
    Andre Fili
    "Touchy"  |  23-11-0, 1 NC
Stand up was insanely impressive. Seemed OK on the ground too. Devastating kicks to the body, and very solid boxing, pretty good defense. Good fighter.

-Got caught super early by Brito and taken out. Didn't get to see much of him.

-Had a very nice performance vs. Bill ALgeo. Very close standing, but he utilized his grappling and wrestling to solidify the fight. After winning standing early, it got very close. He isn't quite dominating vs. good opponents, but he is definitely good.

-Lost vs. Nathaniel Wood. He still looks quite good, just a touch below the elite.

-Lit up Lucas Almeida. If you put him against lower tiered foes, he will dominate.
  19. 18

    Stephen "The Sniper" Loman
    Stephen Loman
    "The Sniper"  |  17-3-0
Mega hyped prospect. Has some nice stand up, insane power, and some good counters. Fight was quick but he looked very good.

-Pretty ripped. Explosive stand up fighter. Maybe needs to do less head hunting. Had some takedown ability too. Very solid fighter from ONE.

-Did it all vs. Bibiano. Looked pretty good standing, though couldn't land tons, but also showed off the wrestling and a bit of GNP. Seems well rounded and I don't see the holes in hi sgame at this point, but I just need to see him against the best of ONE.
  20. 19

"The Korean Zombie" Chan Sung Jung
    Chan Sung Jung
    "The Korean Zombie"  |  17-8-0
Very skilled stand up fighter. Can take damage (hence, zombie), but has great counters, and skill. Can also exploit his opponents on the ground if they have deficiencies there. Very well rounded.

-Zombie got destroyed by Volk. He can't deal with the top tier speed from the best guys in the division, but still has toughness and a lot of tools to win fights.

-Had his moments vs. Max. But decided to just go for it, and got taken out. Still had some skills. He retired after.
  21. 20

    Ádám "The Kid" Borics
    Ádám Borics
    "The Kid"  |  19-2-0
Bellator. Muay Thai fighter. Very skilled kickboxing, and always uses elbows and knees too. He also showed good takedown defense, and mixed in the occasional level change. He isn't totally blowing you away, but very solid fighter.
  22. 21

    Bill "Señor Perfecto" Algeo
    Bill Algeo
    "Señor Perfecto"  |  18-8-0
Very long for the division. Very good takedown defense, has some offensive wrestling, and uses his length well in stand up, though I wouldn't say there is tons of power behind it.

-Had an impressive performance vs. Herbert Burns. He went into some DANGEROUS situations against a BJJ guy, survived, and worked some great GNP. Mostly learned that he has excellent submission D.

-Had a nice performance in a loss to Fili. He was beat standing early, but got better and had a pretty close fight. Mostly lost from a takedown, but his submission defense is officially insane, somehow survives everything there. He looks like a very solid fighter.

-Great performance vs. TJ Brown. He is definitely a bit wild, but he has power, cardio, and will land. Not as defensively sound as you'd like. Takedown D seems decent still.

-Solid performance vs. Hernandez. A solid stand up fighter who does well at fighting long.
  23. 22

    Chas "The Scrapper" Skelly
    Chas Skelly
    "The Scrapper"  |  19-3-0, 1 NC
Impressive guy. Might be retiring. Mostly a grappler and very skilled at that, plus wrestling. Not bad standing either, though he mostly uses that to set up the grappling. If he fights again, he is very tough.
  24. 23

    Jamall "Pretty Boy" Emmers
    Jamall Emmers
    "Pretty Boy"  |  20-8-0
Pretty nice, technical performance vs. a debuting Khasan. He was crisp standing, and showed solid grappling and wrestling. No real holes. Wasn't super explosive, but he did very well.

-Lost to Jack Jenkins, but I had him winning pretty clearly. Very solid, technical stand up, nice length and speed. And he showed some nice wrestling too. Really solid fighter. His losses are to very highly ranked guys.

-Ko'd a lesser foe almost immediately. He is really good. Even his losses are almost all pretty quality.
  25. 24

    Nate "The Train" Landwehr
    Nate Landwehr
    "The Train"  |  18-5-0
A slugfest type guy who suddenly is showing a much more well rounded game. Had good ground work, won with a submission, and easily out struck a touted prospect standing. Very impressive performance, but it's also not something he had shown before per announcers.

-Incredible fight vs. Onama. He got tagged early, but his chin is nuts, and his cardio is absolutely insane. Showed good wrestling and submission skills too, and he has power in his hands and looks great standing. He might be too much in love with brawls to be truly great, but he is still awesome.

Took out Austin Lingo. He wasn't dominating standing, but did well, and then after some damage, got a takedown and submission. He is actually quite well rounded.

-Nate lost to Dan Ige. Didn't look terrible at all. Solid standing, but I think he needs these fights to get wild if he is going to win, not going to out-technical the best.
  26. 25

    David "Silent Assassin" Onama
    David Onama
    "Silent Assassin"  |  11-2-0
Was getting lit up early by benitez, but stayed composed, was smart enough to use a takedown attempt to recover, then showed off his big time power. It was a bit concerning how he was losing early, but he is still an excellent prospect.

-Took on Garrett Armfield, a late replacement. Showed his wrestling again, and wom with a nice arm triangle choke. Stand up still looks electric when hes landing. Solid prospect.

-Nice performance in a loss to Nate Landwehr. He landed nicely early, but his cardio lost it for him. Maybe expended too much energy going for a finish, but he has nice hand speed, some wreslting (though he got taken down here), and an insane chin. He is very solid and should still be improving.

-Great win vs. Santos. He does get tagged standing, but he has very explosive stand up himself. His grappling is actually really impressive defensively, and some offense too. I am liking his skills a lot.
  27. 26

    Charles "Air" Jourdain
    Charles Jourdain
    "Air"  |  15-7-1
Solid stand up fighter. Knees, kicks, attacks all parts of the body. Took a round to really get going, but once he did, he looked good. Lots of good stand up fights in this division though, and I'd like to see him against better opponents.

-vs Vannata, got taken down early, but got up. After taking some shots, he landed one that got him into a nasty guillotine. Had some holes early, but he is clearly very explosive and talented.

-Great performancevs. Burgos. He should have gotten the win. His stand up really looks good, excellent hand speed and variety. Great gas tank. Still can just spend too much time getting out of takedowns. Spent a lot of time with Burgos on his back. Really needs to work on that to be able to fully use his stand up, but his stand up is VERY good.

-Got outclassed by a very good Nathaniel Wood. He has hand speed and skills, but he is just a touch sloppier than the best, not as technical or defensively sound. And once again, while he seems to avoid damage, he just can't avoid getting taken down. He has skills and is dangerous, but still has a fair amount of holes.

-Nice win vs. Kron Gracie. Kron just didn't look good though, so tough to upgrade him off that.

-Took out Ramos. Showed solid standing again in brief moments, but really showcased his submission game here. Nasty guillotine.
  28. 27

    Alex "Bruce Leeroy" Caceres
    Alex Caceres
    "Bruce Leeroy"  |  21-14-0, 1 NC
Bruce Leroy. Flash fighter, fun to watch. Good energy, and fun stand up, but he definitely let his guard down and got caught multiple times standing. Won with a surprising submission by getting a body triangle on a standing Choi. Not sure how sustainable that is, but a very solid fighter.

-vs. Sadiq Yusuff, he showed actually decent stand up skills, good movement, just didn't check leg kicks which cost him. Showed some crazy dangerous grappling in spots too. Has a lot of skill and is dangerous, but the stand up not being explosive enough if his biggest downfall.

-vs. Erosa he actually looked solid standing again, and then landed an absolutely beautiful head kick. I'm not sure if that was a bit fluky, but he is very dangerous and has a lot of ways to win.

-Another great performance vs. Pineda. his grappling is great, his stand up is not bad at all with his length. He isn't perfect, but he has the tools to win in almost any way.

-Lost vs. Giga. It was a close-ish one, and he held up well. He is tricky for anyone, but not super dominant.
  29. 28

    "Killer" Cub Swanson
    Cub Swanson
    "Killer"  |  29-13-0
Was in a tight fight with Hakeem but showed why he is still very good. Technical and fast standing. Very skilled. Getting older though.
  30. 29

    Jonathan "JSP" Pearce
    Jonathan Pearce
    "JSP"  |  14-5-0
Really solid wrestler and grappler. Had great ground control and was active on the ground. Did get caught in a few risky submissions, but made it out every time. Also got rocked standing a couple of times, but he is very solid.

-Showed an excellent grappling display vs. Makwan. Great wrestling, great submission defense. He really uses elbows well whenever he can too. His stand up game still worried me a bit. He was getting hit by a non stand up guy a fair bit in the short stand up sequences. But lots of talent.

-Nice performance vs. Elkins. His stand up is improving a lot, though he did get tagged by a sloppy striker in Elkins a bit. But what really impressed me was that he was able to really outclass Elkins grappling, and get to where he wanted, land GNP. Has serious ability, but Im not quite as hyped as some others.

-Lost vs. Brito. Used his wrestling, but got reversed and submitted. Solid fighter, but I've been a bit lower on him and feel justified.
  31. 30

    Billy Quarantillo
    Billy Quarantillo
    18-6-0
-Pretty impressive fighter, had solid stand up, very good striking from the ground. Was very relentless, seemed to have great cardio, solid defense.

-vs. Burgos, his cardio proved to still be insane. He has a nice chin too. Had a hard time with Burgos leg kicks though. He will beat a lot of non ranked fighters just with his output and tenacity.

-Had the output and tenacity again vs. Edson Barboza, but he showed his holes standing and got lit up.

-Solid win vs. Damon Jackson. He did get taken down a few times, but showed his cardio and output can make things happen. I do feel like his striking defense is also a bit lacking.
  32. 31

    "Phar" Jack Jenkins
    Jack Jenkins
    "Phar"  |  12-3-0
Showed excellent wrestling and GNP on DWCS. Seemed OK standing, but didn't show as much there. Well rounded for sure if he is that good standing. Sick elbows in the guard. Very impressive win.

-Phenomenal performance vs. Shaimis. His wrestling is still great, but now I saw how good the stand up is. Great calf kicks, plus solid boxing. Dude has loads of talent, and I mostly just need to see him vs. better guys. Seemed to have great cardio too. Did get taken down a and reversed a few times, so his grappling might have a couple of holes.

-Competitive fight vs. Emmers. He won but I really don't understand how. I thought he got outstruck, and was outwrestled in r3. Definitely has some takedown D and grappling holes. Very high level standing, but I didn't think he was on Emmers level. Still think he is quite good though.

-Had a great first round vs. Chepe. Round 2 was a little closer, as Chepe made it dirtier, and he struggled a bit with that, and then on a takedown broke his arm. It was kind of a fluky way to lose, but the takedown D holes seem to still be there, and when he isn't at his range, he can have issues. Still very skilled.
  33. 32

    Pat Sabatini
    Pat Sabatini
    18-5-0
Didn't see as much with his striking, but his wreslting and grappling are excellent. Got plenty of takedowns vs another good ground guy, and had pressure on him all match. Very good prospect. Not sure how he would do if someone had elite takedown defense.

-More elite wrestling and grappling vs. Laramie. He showed pretty decent stand up too. His cardio is also insane. Never slowed down. Great prospect.

-Took a tough L to Damon Jackson. He just got caught by a front kick right off the bat and it was over. I'll take it as a bit of a fluke, but he may have issues with some of the better takedown defense guys.

-Dominated Lucas Almeida. His wrestling and BJJ are definitely legit, and thats what he is going for. Cardio still top tier.

-Got KO'd vs. Lopes. His chin might be an issue, but two weird losses, I still like his skillset.

    Muhammad "Hillman" Naimov
    Muhammad Naimov
    "Hillman"  |  11-2-0
Went toe to toe with Nathaniel Wood, who I rate highly. Showed his takedowns, though didn't do much with them. Was outclassed standing, but still showed what he can do there, and landed some big shots. Very impressive performance.
  35. 34

    Alexander "The Great Ape" Hernandez
    Alexander Hernandez
    "The Great Ape"  |  14-8-0
Lost vs. Algeo, but it wasn't a bad performance. Good activity and decent stand up, just not on his level.
  36. 35

    Fabricio "Wonder Boy" de Andrade
    Fabricio de Andrade
    "Wonder Boy"  |  9-2-0, 1 NC
ONE fighter. Has a good track record, and had a great KO in about a minute when I watched him. Didn't get to see as much as I'd like though because of how quick the KO was.

-Lit up a great stand up fighter in Kwon very quickly. I still haven't seen him use many of his skills, so it is tough to rank him too high. But his power is the real deal.

-Looked pretty good vs. a better foe in Lineker. He definitely landed a lot, looks powerful. Also got tagged plenty himself. Was taken down several times, but was generally able to work himself up. Pretty skilled but I'm not totally sold on him.

-Nice win vs. Lineker. He used his reach edge well and controlled the whole fight. Mostly avoided takedowns too. I question how good he is defensively, but he is a dangerous stand up fighter.
  37. 36

    Gabriel "Mosquitinho" Santos
    Gabriel Santos
    "Mosquitinho"  |  10-2-0
Wow. Had one hell of a debut vs. Lerone Murphy, lost in a close fight, but he looked good standing vs. a good stand up fighter, and had some nice grappling. Very dangerous off his back. Has a lot of tools, excited to see more of him.

-More of the same vs. Onama. He had some really nice stand up and grappling, but playing off your back too much can be risky, and he eventually got tagged, but has a lot of promise.
  38. 37

    John "Hands of Stone" Lineker
    John Lineker
    "Hands of Stone"  |  37-11-0, 1 NC
Huge power. Great chin. Not amazing takedown defense, but he can get up and avoid damage. His stand up is definitely a bit wild and looping. But if he really lands, it might be over. New ONE champ.

-First fight with Andrade ended with a groin kick, but he was losing before that. He is just a bit small for 145. Stand up is a bit too wild, the power is sick, and he does have wrestling in spots too. Not an easy out, But only at 145 because of ONE's kind of inconsistent rules.

-Lost to Andrade. Still has some issues at this weight, his reach is not good, but he is tough, can land, and has wrestling. Solid all around..

    Damon Jackson
    "The Leech"  |  23-6-1, 1 NC
Very solid overall fighter. Pretty crafty on his feet, and very skilled on the ground. Solid wrestling, just well rounded and pretty good at everythingHis opponent . Maybe not elite at anything besides a bit of grappling. Top tier toughness too.

-More of the same vs. Kamuela Kirk. His stand up doesn't look exceptional but hes solid, and then he had very solid wrestling and grappling. Very solid fighter.

-Damon had a tougher performance vs. Dan Argueta. His opponent was a bantamweight and he could not submit him, and seemed to wear down. He is really a mixed bag standing. The wrestling remains quite good, I just question him against some of the best in the division now.

-Picked up an amazing win vs. Pat Sabitini with a front kick. It ended fast. He definitely has skills, but it was a bit of a fluke.

-Got lit up by Ige. His stand up just isn't great, the ground skills have gotten him through.

-Lost vs. Billy Q. Not a bad performance. He looked OK standing in spots, though got beat there, and showed his wrestling and ground skills with a very good round 1. Solid vid, but this feels like the ceiling.

Extremely impressive 21 year old dagostani wrestler. Seemed comfortable standing, but the takedown, ground control, GNP, are all relentless. He is young and need to see him tested more, but he has a lot of talent.

    Mads Burnell
    Mads Burnell
    18-6-0
Wrestler, but pretty competent stand up. Works the body well, stays aggressive, keeps volume going. Didn't have great takedown success vs. Borics, but he could just be that good. But hes a solid enough prospect in Bellator.

    Jack "Tank" Shore
    Jack Shore
    "Tank"  |  17-1-0
Picked up a decent win vs. Melsik. New to this weight class. Has a nice gas tank now at this division. Was taken down and couldn't get up early, but recovered in R2 with nice stand up, and grappling. His opponent totally gassed out though, so he might not be as good as he looked in spots, but he has skills, was a pretty solid 135 fighter.

    Ricardo "Carcacinha" Ramos
    Ricardo Ramos
    "Carcacinha"  |  16-6-0
Good fighter. Nice stand up ability, decent takedown defense. But got outclassed standing, annihilated by the jab, and he missed a lot. Good cardio, but for a talented division, probably more average to slightly above average.

-Won quickly vs. Chavex with a sick spinning elbow. Didn't get to see more, but clearly has talent standing.

-Taken out by Jourdain. Caught in a guillotine, and didn't do anything standing when it was there. Jourdain is very good, so tough to hold against him too much.

    "The Lion"  |  8-4-0
Got annihliated by Brito, a top tier prospect. Tough to judge him off that fight.

-Wow. Looked so much better in his fight vs. Steven Peterson. He looked sooo crisp standing, stopped a takedown. He looked phenomenal. So fast too. I just can't go higher because I've ony; seen it once against a fighter who retired after.

-Didn't look bad early, but just got caught getting up from the ground. Maybe needs to be more careful there. Not downgrading him because it was kind of fluky.

    Julian "Juicy J" Erosa
    Julian Erosa
    "Juicy J"  |  29-11-0
An effective brawler. He keeps his hands way too low, but he can land, and his chin is insane. Should have been KO'd a few tmes. Showed a bit of wrestling too. Good, fun fighter, but needs to show better standing defense.

-Looked excellent vs. Hakeem D. He lit him up standing, and then busted out the wrestling in smart spots and got back control. Still a little loose, but this seemed to be the best performance of his career, he might be getting better.

-Was in a very close fight with Bruce Leroy standing, and then just got caught by a head kick. Still think he is very good.

-Got lit up by a UFC newcomer in Padilla. Padilla looked great. I've seen some really good performances from Erosa, but hes been taken out twice in a row now.

    Jeremy Kennedy
    "JBC"  |  19-4-0, 1 NC
Really good wrestler, great at ground control, but also terrible at being active when on the ground with GNP, making him tough to judge. Didn't see much from him standing.

-Dominated Carvahlo. The wrestling and ground control are top tier, but I'm still not sure if he has much else. But sometimes that is enough.
  48. 47

    "Mean" Hakeem Dawodu
    Hakeem Dawodu
    "Mean"  |  13-4-1
Crisp all around stand up fighter. Fast hands, good combos. Good IQ too, he was great at clinching when he was hurt. Works the body and legs. He showed a good get up game too, though he was taken down kind of easily at one point. Very solid.

-Seemed to have a rough weight cut, and then had a pretty listless performance vs. Erosa. Just didn't have it standing, though recovered and did a little better in later rounds, but also couldn't stop takedowns. He is a good enough stand up fighter, but clearly showed hes a few tiers below the top 15 right now.

-Went toe to toe with Swanson, but just took a bit more damage. It was a solid stand up performance though. He has plenty of skills standing outside of maybe the power. Was definitely way more active.
  49. 48

    Darren "The Damage" Elkins
    Darren Elkins
    "The Damage"  |  28-11-0
37 years old. Got annihilated in the first round by Minner, but survived and then used wrestling and ground and pound to win. Never gets submitted, and very big and powerful for the division. Smart, tough fighter, but probably not taking out the top dogs.

-Elkins got lit up vs. Swanson. He looked kind of slow. He definitely has skills and is tough, but probably most vulnerable standing.

-More of the same vs. Connelly. Excellent toughness, wrestling, and GNP. Passable stand up. Solid fighter.

-Tough outing vs. JSP. When he got into brawling range, he was actually landing standing nicely, but he got out wrestled and grappled pretty badly. He is also just not great at distance with striking. Has enough wrestling to win fights, but he just isn't as high level as upper tier guys.

-Beat TJ Brown. He is so sloppy standing, but he still has top tier grappling and wrestling.
  50. 49

    Josh "Kuya" Culibao
    Josh Culibao
    "Kuya"  |  11-3-1
Really strong stand up performance vs. Woo Choi. He has serious speed in his hands and nice combos. Good power too. I am a bit worried about his takedown defense but he is very solid.

-Nice win vs. Melsik. Hes a bit sloppy standing, but when he struggled, he landed a nice trip and immediately locke din a submission. Well rounded and has skills everywhere, but he also hasn't blown me away.

-Lost vs. Lerone Murphy, who is very good. It wasn't a terrible performance, but he was just a bit outclassed everywhere. The grund skills were a bit concerning, was controlled on the ground for long stretches.

    Jeong Yeong Lee
    "The Korean Tiger"  |  11-1-0
Crazy impressive performance in Road to UFC. He has a track record of KOs, but he submitted Xin Bie fast, a guy who had been on DWCS before. He was aggressive, and landed nasty elbows on a takedown attempt. Also seems like a total athlete. Need to see him more, but the guy seemed to have every tool you could ask for.

-Nice win vs. Zha Yi to win Road to UFC. He had a hard time with all of the wrestling, but mostly kept it standing, just couldn't separate. Still looks pretty nice standing. Might have gassed a bit at the end, but still has tons of skills.
  52. 51

    Diego Lopes
    Diego Lopes
    24-6-0
BJJ specialist. Not a bad striker, though also not elite there. Had several nice submission attempts but couldn't finish the job. Maybe too willing to go on his back which hurts him in the eys of judges even though he is active down there. Saw him on DWCS, and he lost but I think he will be back.

-Had a very fun performance vs. Movsar. He went toe to toe with him. Couldn't finish him, but his BJJ was scary. Still too willing to go to his back though. His stand up isn't super technical but it can be dangerous. Fun guy.

-Awesome win vs. Gavin Tucker. Got taken down and immediately transitioned to some nice looking submissions and he got it. Stand up didn't last long but he didn't look terrible. His style stil scares me, but he definitely has talent.

-Great win vs. Sabitini. Actually stopped a takedown fast, and then landed big. He is explosive. I'm still not totally sold on him, but he definitely can end any fight fast with the way he fights.

    Melsik "The Gun" Baghdasaryan
    Melsik Baghdasaryan
    "The Gun"  |  8-2-0
-Very dangerous stand up guy. Incredible speed on punches and kicks. He comes out fast and can definitely lose steam as he goes, but he won with a headkick and is definitely dangerous. He didn't have to face any takedowns so not sure how he is on the ground.

-November of 2021 he fought a karate fighter, Souza. Had a hard time with his elusiveness and didn't land much. He did show decent enough takedown defense, and was able to outpoint him. Didn't really increase my perception of him, but he remains solid. He may have been holding back more to avoid getting gassed too.

-Lost vs. Culibao. Had a decent first round. Pretty technical standing, nice kick, nice range. He got surprised with a trip and submitted, but didn't look bad at all to me.

-Nice performance vs. Tucker Lutz. His takedown D isn't perfect still, but it seemed a bit better, and he avoided taking any damage on the ground. Standing he is just crisp, and fast. Maybe wears down a bit, but he is a very solid guy.

Dynamic striker in ONE. His striking looked phenomenal, and then he won with a killer liver shot. His takedown defense is supposed to be bad, but it looked pretty good here. Might be competing for the ONE title soon.

-Got lit up by Andrade. Has some holes standing despite his power.

Debut at his natural weight class. Was losing early to Jenkins, but was smart and got his way back into it. His win was kind of fluky, but he has great cardio and activity, smart gameplan, and seems to be able to wrestle too. Solid fighter. Fought a lot of big names in his pre UFC career too so he is battle tested.

Got tagged a few times, but had a very nice performance vs. Trizano. Landed some great combos, showed a chin, and had power. He stopped a takedown up against the cage at one point too. Solid stand up fighter.

-Got dominated by Sabitini. The takedown D just wasn't good enough vs. an elite guy there. Wore down.

-Got lit up by Fili standing. Looked stiff standing, just not on the upper guys level.
  60. 59

    Michael "The Lone Wolf" Trizano
    Michael Trizano
    "The Lone Wolf"  |  10-3-0
Kickboxer. He was pretty good, had some power, but was just a step slower than Hakeem the whole fight with him. Not on the level of the best strikers yet. Showed a bit of wrestling, but clearly didn't want to go to it until late. Decent fighter.

-Got KO'd byu Lucas Almeida. Had some OK moments, but also definitely lost standing most of the way. Showed power in spots. He is OK.

-Had a nice performance vs. Choi. He is definitely a bit wild, and can be tagged, but he has power, and is composed in the pocket. Lit up Choi nicely. Would like to see a bit more body work and leg kicks from him too.

    Chris Wade
"The Long Island Killer"  |  23-10-0
Apparently a wrestler, but he looked composed standing. Not super high level, but skilled enough. Mixed up strikes well. Solid.

-Finished his opponent pretty fast vs. Bochniak. I think Boch hurt his leg some other way so it was tough to judge him totally, but he looked solid.
  62. 61

    Ryoji Kudo
    Ryoji Kudo

    Brendan Loughnane
    28-5-0
Stand up fighter. Announcers wondered if he was hurt because he wasn't throwing as many combos. Got tagged a few times. Showed some takedowns but couldn't really keep Kudo down in PFL. Looked competent but didn't wow me.

    Kyle "The Monster" Nelson
    Kyle Nelson
    "The Monster"  |  16-5-1
vs. Doo Ho Choi he showed some wrestling, OK grappling, and looked a little wild and lacking polish standing. Couldn't do much damage with his wrestling. He's ok.

-Nice win vs. Blake Bilder. He wasn't super active, but was a bit more technical standing, and landed with more power. Good takedown D. Not an easy out

-Great win vs. Padilla. Beat a stand up fighter in a total stand up fight. he is smart, well rounded, and has no huge holes even though he isn't awesome at anything. Great cardio too. Tough out for anyone, but I also feel like most of his wins will be semi-close.

    Luis Saldaña
    16-7-1
Extremely skilled stand up fighter, but ran out of steam as the fight went on. Lots of fancy kicks, but just not an amazing round 2 and on fighter.

-Fought a more disciplined fight vs. Souza. Showed some takedowns. Stand up was OK but volume did wane a bit as things went on.

-Crazy fight vs. Sean Woodson. He looked excellent standing, ran out of steam again but this was at elevation so I didn't blame him. He would have won if he didn't knee Woodson when eh was down. And also taunt him in several spots when he could have gone for a finish. Showed wrestling too. Probably still needs some cardio work, but I feel a lot better about him now.

    Fernando "El Valiente" Padilla
    Fernando Padilla
    "El Valiente"  |  16-5-0
Tremendous debut vs. Erosa. The stoppage was a bit early, but he landed some great stuff before that. Nice length for the division, looked crisp standing. Didn't get to see tons of him, but I liked what I saw.

-Lost vs. Kyle Nelson. He showed those skills again early. he is long, fast, and dangerous. But his guard is low and his head movement is not there, so he can get touched. He slowed down as the fight went on. Dangerous, but also has holes.

His toughness was insane, he survived some brutal blows... but didn't show a lot else.

    "The Machine"  |  6-1-0
Wow. Only 19 but looked very impressive. Had electric stand up, delivered a takedown, then went to work. Not sure how good his opponent was, but clearly lots of talent.

-Nice win again in ONE. His stand up still looks electric, and then he won with a knee bar. I once again mostly just question how good his opponents have been.
  74. 73

    "Sting" Seung Woo Choi
    Seung Woo Choi
    "Sting"  |  11-6-0
Seemed like a really good prospect. Very solid and disciplined striking, some power. But he got caught in a submission, and kind of a surprising one while he was standing. Can see him beating many stand up fighters, and I wonder if he beats Caceras if they fought again tomorrow, but he definitely lost this one.

-vs. Culibao his stand up looked decent again. But he was just a bit slower and maybe a bit more wild. He also landed a surprise takedown and showed a bit more grappling that before. Kicks were solid too. Also showed that he has a crazy good chin. Lost, but still a decent prospect.

-He has scary moments standing, but man, he is quick to get wild and leave himself open. Constant head hunting, lack of feints. His hand speed and power can get him by, but he just feels like he isn't technical enough to beat most of the better stand up guys in this division.

-Nice win vs. Errens. He did get tagged a few times, but his speed and athleticism shined through. Wasn't dominant, but good.

    Bibiano "The Flash" Fernandes
    Bibiano Fernandes
    "The Flash"  |  24-6-0
Former ONE champ. 41 years old. Has some stand up ability, and he is a very solid wrestler. But he takes too many shots, and the wrestling wasn't dominant vs. Lineker. Still a good fighter though.

-Lost to Loman. He just isn't active enough standing, and he got taken down. Had some scary looking submission attempts from his back, and he is pretty sound defensively. Still don't think he is bad, but at this age, he is clearly losing explosiveness.

A brawler. Great chin and cardio. Wanted to keep it standing, but got tagged a lot up there. Has a bit of power too. Got taken down a few times. Solid but has holes. Missed weight by a fair bit so not sue what his future is in this division.

-Retired after his last fight. Got otuclassed standing. You see the brawling ability, but he was at the end of his rope and couldn't deal with the speed of younger foes.
  77. 76

    Ryan "The Wizard" Hall
    Ryan Hall
    "The Wizard"  |  9-2-0
Submission expert. If someone isn't careful, they can get caught easily, striking appears to be meh. He has to be kind of casual to lure people in, which makes him a bit vulnerable. Kind of fun to watch because he's so weird.

-Such a weird fighter to rank, because if opponents can stay at distance, they should be able to beat him. Hes not a big takedown guy, and he is not that great standing. He kind of wants to be taken down. If hes on the ground, even in guard, he is going to flip it and get to a better position eventually. Might be the best grappler in all of the UFC. He has holes, but he also has the one elite thing.

Got taken down a fair bit vs. Kyle Nelson, but was able to reverse him several times. Looks decent standing. He was off for several years, might have improved over time. Wasn't an overwhelming performance, and he would have won if not for a point getting taken late that I didn't really agree with.

    Shayilan "Wolverine" Nuerdanbieke
    Shayilan Nuerdanbieke
    "Wolverine"  |  39-11-0
Really good wrestler, and good at keeping guys down when he takes them down. Not great at finding GNP openings, and his stand up has a lot of holes, wide punches. But he can win fights with just the wrestling and ground control against opponents with lesser takedown defense.

-Shaylian won exactly that way mostly vs TJ brown. Was able to land takedowns and keep him down. His stand up is wild but he did land there too with some power. Decent fighter.

-Dominated Darrick Minner, but it's tough to upgrade him much from it. Minner came in with a busted shoulder, and he took care of business.

-Lost vs. Steve Garcia. Hit a huge shot early, then seemed to wear down a bit, and just wasn't as crisp standing.

    Sean Woodson
    "The Sniper"  |  11-1-1
Fun fighter. he is huge for 145 pounds, comes in over 6'2. Elite boxing. Didn't get tested there, but he said he has worked on his takedown defense. Good kicks, but yeah hes just long as hell and talented at stand up, so I think he is an excellent prospect.

-Showed more who he is vs. Luis Saldana. He might be too big for this division. His legs are so skinny, he really is vulnerable to leg kicks, His hand speed doesn't look amazing, but he is long. Showed OK takedown defense in this one, but only drew because his opponent was a moron. Had pretty good cardio at elevation. Not feeling great about him anymore.

-Took out Dennis B pretty easily. Showed good takedown defense, some offensive grappling, and showed how well he could use his reach again. I'm still worried about some of the holes I've seen, but definitely might be improving.
  85. 84

    William "Jaguar" Gomis
    William Gomis
    "Jaguar"  |  13-2-0
Very meh win in his UFC debut. Might have just gotten in because they needed more french fighters. His stand up looked pretty sloppy. he is definitely strong and had some wrestling though. Got caught in a nasty looking triangle but escaped. Need to see more, but I don't have a lot of confidence in him.

-Beat Francis Marshall by split decision but I had him losing. He showed that he is very sound defensively, stopped takedowns well till the end, but just not much activity.

-Solid win. He handled Yanis pretty easily. He isn't super active, but he is tough to hit, he is tricky defensively, has some nice submissions. His stand up looks way better, was using his length well. But I believe his opponent is more of a 135er. He really hasn't fought anyone great yet, so I still question it, but he is "tricky'.

Bellator. Pretty well rounded. Doesn't have the power, but he's a pretty technical striker with his boxing. Some wrestling and grappling but not exceptional there. Good fighter.

-Got dominated on the ground vs. Jeremy Kennedy. Just didn't have the takedown D needed or the grappling to overcome him.
  87. 86

    Darrick Minner
    Darrick Minner
    26-14-0
Relentless guy, going for submissions and ground and pound. Decent stand up, but got caught in a bad position and couldn't survive. I liked what I saw a lot early, but maybe he ran out of steam.

-Mostly the same thing vs. Ryan Hall, outside of I thought his cardio was fine. He gets overly aggressive on the ground and maybe has too much faith in himself down there. He made a big mistake going on the ground with Ryan multiple times when he really didn't have to. Stand up, GNP, submissions, and ground defense are all pretty solid. Fight IQ might be seriously lacking.

-Got dominated fast by Shaylin. He came in with a busted shoulder, and now due to a gambling scandal, we might never see him again.

    "El Animal"  |  8-2-1
Won a nice fight in DWCS. It was kind of an inactive fight, then he landed one shot and immediately got his opponents back. Definitely seems tenacious and like a dawg. Need to see more, but showed potential for sure.

-Picked up a solid win vs. Shane Young. He couldn't do tons with his wrestling. His stand up doesn't look super polished, not really feinting or anything, but he is tenacious and keeps throwing. Landed just enough and some power. Solid but not spectacular.

-Lost vs. Nelson. Just wasn't technical enough. He is going to struggle vs. better fighters, as much as I like his activity, volume, and how much of a dawg he is.

    Erik "King" Silva
    Erik Silva
    "King"  |  9-3-0
Tough fighter to judge from DWCS. Definitely showed skills, great wrestling and GNP. But he was fighting a former kickboxer only a few fights into his career who didn't look ready to deal with his skill there. Quick fight, excited to see more of him.

-Showed a bit of everything vs. TJ Brown. He had a couple of OK stand up moments, showed wrestling, but just couldn't put it all together. Keeps his guard way too loose when he throws, and got reversed on the ground multiple times. Still seems to have potential, but he is in his 30s, and maybe this is his ceiling.

Tough guy to judge. basically a super old school BJJ guy, and looked lost vs. Jourdain standing. But Jourdain is very good. He can be dangerous, but not well rounded at all.

    Yizha
    Yizha
    25-4-0
Road to UFC fighter, didn't look great standing, but once he shot a takedown and got it to the ground vs his opponent he finished things quickly. Has promise, a lot of pro fights in China too.

Lost the Road to UFC wrestlers. He is a totally relentless wrestler with great cardio, but he doesn't seem to have much else in his bag, and still didn't do much damage. But if anyone's takedown d is lacking, I think he will take advantage

    Francis "Fire" Marshall
    Francis Marshall
    "Fire"  |  7-2-0
Young guy on DWCS. Had a great performance. Insane cardio, volume, and toughness. Definitely has wrestling too. I don't know if his opponent was great though, and he definitely wasn't super technical. No real feints, or body shots/leg kicks. But he is young and has room to grow.

-Decent UFC debut vs. Rojo. He has the toughness, cardio, and importantly, power. Showed some wrestling too. He is not technical standing though, the lack of head movement was getting him tagged. But he won decisively. I worry about him vs. better foes, but he is young and should improve.

-Lost vs. Gomis, but I had him winning. Still relentless, but just not technical enough. Had embarrassingly low hit % numbers, and just couldn't land at all. Finally landed a takedown late and did some damage. Can win with the cardio, but needs more ability.

-Got outclassed badly by Dulgarin. Just didn't have good enough grappling vs. a talented grappler.

Bellator. Polished stand up fighter, but mostly relies on the jab. Not much power. Had OK ground defense, though he did get taken down once. Got tagged a few times late by a guy who wasn't that great standing. Undefeated guy, but he underwhelmed me.

Mostly a wrestler. Got stuffed a lot vs. Vannata, but his takedown defense is really good. Showed some OK stand up and power too. I think the wrestling is good enough to win a lot of fights with.

-Shot for a takedown and got caught immediately by Makwan. Tough fight for him, definitely has a lot to work on.

Looked decent vs. Chris Wade but hurt his leg fast and then it was over. Showed good get up game, and the striking didn't look terrible. Probably took too many leg kicks though. Need to see more but definitely was competent.

Experienced fighter on Road to UFC. Used to fight in ONE. Well rounded ability. His strength is probably wrestling and grappling, though he did get reversed a few times. Stand up was decently controlled, though he got hit hard at times. Seemed OK but didn't wow me.

    "Top Gun"  |  12-4-0
Known as a good grappler, but got beat by Sabittini who is a few levels above him. He did show good cardio, and got a little better in the 3rd round, but lacks the tools of the top guys, wrestling will obviously get him car against a lot of guys though.

-Against Kevin Aguilar, he showed he does have at least some stand up chops too, but certainly not elite there. Wrestling is definitely solid but not out of this world.

-Lost vs. Pineda. Couldn't do much with his wrestling, and he really got tagged several times standing. Was submitted. He is not much more than OK.

-Lost vs. Melsik. Was outclassed standing, and he got some takedowns, but did nothing with them. This feels right where he belongs.

Lost in his UFC debut. Was undefeated. Had some skills, but wasn't awesome. A little too predictable standing, and the wrestling wasn't quite good enough. Still young though, and certainly didn't look terrible. Cardio was not awesome the whole way either it looked like.

Bellator. Well rounded. Decent wrestling, grappling, and ground control. Kind of a brawler, has some power, but can also get sloppy and gassed.

-Lost to Khizriev. His stand up was just a bit slow, he is 38. Did land a couple nice ones late but didn't capitalize. Has some takedown ability, and good grappling still however.

    "The Ghost"  |  16-7-0
He is an excellent stand up fighter in ONE. Just great boxing, great at finding his range. A bit of a head hunter though, and did get tagged as well. His takedown defense was strong early, but then wore down as the fight went on.

-vs. Song Ming Jong, he got submitted, but looked good standing. Starting to work the body more in his stand up, but he still needs better ground defense.

    Austin Lingo
    "Lights Out"  |  9-3-0
Controlled stand up fighter, consistent. Not incredibly impressive, but great cardio and was able to keep offense going the whole time vs. Saldana.

-Held up OK vs. Nate Landwehr standing, but eventually got outclassed and submitted. He is very average.

-Had 0 answers for Costa. Got body kicked into oblivion, then taken down, and had no answers. He is definitely tough, but did not look great.

Former ONE champ. Stand up isn't bad, had some nice wrestling, but was a bit slow to be offensive in the stand up, and got himself backed up too often. Definitely had power when he swung.

-Lost badly again in ONE. His stand up was OK, but then he got tagged. Got a take down but couldn't hold it for long, and did not hold up well at preventing GNP from guard. He might be washed.

Lost to Gomis in his UFC debut. He has power but he seems predictable standing, not much feinting or movement. Very bad takedown defense. Some grappling, one nice submission attempt. But did not really look UFC level to me.

-Was in a mostly stand up fight with Choi, which is more of his stremgth. Had a few nice moments, but still isn't super defensively sound, and lost top position when he had it.

Had an OK performance on DWCS. Stand up looked decent. Had pretty good takedown defense, but wasn't great at separating himself from his opponent when he latched on. A bit of power too. Not bad at all, but didn't wow me.

-Lost vs. Sean Woodson. Just didn't see much from him here. He is tough, but got outclassed pretty much everywhere.

-Got wrecked by a high quality dude in Emmers. Still haven't seen much

Pretty solid grappler, but he is still new to pro mma. His stand up isn't great, and he actually got outgrappled for a while vs. an unheralded opponent, before he was able to turn things around. Maybe some promise, but he is overhyped right now.

-Dominated a way outclassed opponent. Tough to upgrade him much. He couldn't finish a guy mounting very little resistance on the ground, but he does have some ground skills.

Lost to Bilder. Really didn't like his performance. His boxing looks pretty good, but he was just too inactive, and let a way less polished guy beat him. Takedown D was decent though he did go down once. He is competent but just not wowing me at all.

-Got subbed really fast by Miranda. Also missed weight by 5 pounds, so not eve sure if he will be staying at this division.

Main focus seemed to be to get into the clinch in the first fight I saw of his. Had some OK knees from there, but not much else. Stand up was a little awkward and his defense was lacking there. Didn't get to see his wrestling much, but he didn't go for any takedowns vs a very dangerous stand up guy, so Im not sure what he has there.

-Bizarrely, he once again didn't use much wrestling against a stand up guy in Sean Woodson. His stand up game just isn't on the level of these other guys. He probably has some power, he has some explosiveness, but he just doesn't use it. Maybe has some potential, but I'm not seeing it. South Lyon Michigan native.
