@justyn how about you explain how you have Hieron and Askren in the top 10, I know we had an epic throwdown and I'm not trying to start that back up, but there is a better chance of tomorrow the moon turning into rainbow sherbert and landing right on your face than Hieron ever has of being top 10. He LOST that fight to Rick Hawn who isn't even top 30. He slipped by Weedman who may not even be top 100. He has ZERO career top 25 wins. I guess somehow you could debate you could think fighter A could beat fighter B no matter, but there is no logical way you could have Hieron top ten, there just isn't

well if diaz and gsp have never fought we really don't know. i just know diaz is better and would make a better champion and would be a bigger PPV fighter than gsp. we need champions that finish. we don't need the gsp's or edgars of the mma world. its a good thing both are losing early next year.

@itfigures explain how in the holy blue balls you have DHK ranked above Condit, did you even see that fight?

Or having Shields 3rd and Ellenberger unranked when Ellenberger knocked him out in less than a minute.

and you have Fitch 10th, this has to be a joke, those can't actually be your rankings can they?

 You're right I thought I had Condit and DHK switched around. I also believe Shields beats Ellenberger 9/10 times. Rumble is off my WW list until he deals with Vitor, I could see him staying there and doing well. Fitch I considered putting at 11 but I was feeling charitable, any other org with his record and people would be painting the walls with his blood.

I don't think you can rank Diaz over GSP, they haven't fought yet. And GSP is the champion, not Diaz. Plus look at all the top ten fighters GSP has beaten: Fitch, Koscheck, Penn (twice), Shields, and that's top tens now, not his whole career.

Now lets look at the top tens Diaz has beaten in his whole career: BJ Penn.

IMO you always have to make the champ #1 UNLESS your number one is fighting for the title next. So i am A-OK with @wolf's ranking.. .. .. I don't see Diaz beating GSP but that's what makes fightings and rankings ******* awesome! Critical fights that could drastically sway the rankings in the future are Fitch/Hendricks; Kos/Condit; and Shields/Akiyama. Rory MacDonals also has a stiff test coming with Ebersole... WW division could get interesting soon. We're either going to see some new challengers, or some unwanted rematches for GSP......

i bet shields would say diaz is #1. diaz probably beats shields 7 times out of 10 in the training facility. :- }

yeah no **** @wolf where is Fitch on your list, 13-1-1 in the UFC, there is no argument against atleast a top 10 ranking you are just a flat hater if you don't.

@itfigures GSP couldn't even see for the last 2 rounds and he still won, it was his least impressive performance in years, and he still won. He abandoned his skillset and desperately tried to get the KO, and he still won.

umm not starting any arguments, if I want to state I disagree, I will. Not calling anybody names or anything like that, I'm stating my opinion, which I will continue to do. And he beat Ellenberger 5 years ago, maybe we still should be ranking Serra top 10 too then, after all he did beat GSP more recently.

 I don't mind a good argument that doesn't involve my old lady, I know I at least have a chance. I'm just not as impressed with Fitch's record. I'm also not a fan of his style, to each their own.

Ellenberger wasn't even known in 2006, it isn't a top 25 win, you can't find a single ranking anywhere that even had Ellenberger on their radar on 2006. He followed up losing to Hieron to losing to Derrick Noble and some scrub named Delson Heleno. As far as Fitch I can understand not liking his style, and I can understand hating on his record. His wins aren't that impressive. But 13-1-1 in the UFC WW division with your only loss to GSP is hard to argue with.
