I've been close to betting Garbrandt on this card but the odds have at best been just below my mark where I think I have about a 10% edge. If implied probability hits 55% I'll bet since I have him at around 60/40.

I think his speed will carry over enough and his size and power will determine it. Kara-France will have outpoint him I think. I think even if Cody tries to brawl like he usually does this is the best opponent for him so far to do it against and come out successful.

I think Geoff Neal is going to sleep Ponzi for some reason, I think Ponzi is a better fighter, Just think Neal going to catch him, But honesly, I'm 50-50 on that fight

It’s just me because I’m biased. But I really think Bruno silva is the lock of the card. Wright won his last fight because he was matched up against a guy at the similar skill level to him (I honestly think Pickett is probably better). This is just a mismatch; silva could likely be fighting too 15 or outside of it and Wright has fought like 3 people with a winning record

@Tieoken I can't believe you actually get sky blue upvotes. Goddammit Greg. I want gay little blue upvotes too. I also want a ***master belt earned by getting 30+ downvotes via a single post.

On the point of Ige, you could be right. I don't know who to pick. I can make cases equally strong for both of them. Here's my bull case for Emmett:

He fought with one knee for 2 and a half rounds against Shane Burgos and won. More than actually. He had a total ACL tear, MCL tear with spraining, Bakers cyst rupture (whatever the **** that is) a femur fracture and something else. Meanwhile, Ige got gunshy and trotted around on his pony the entire fight against Kattar the second he got a taste of power he didn't like on the feet. I actually think Emmett is one of the most powerful hitters in the division.

If Ige wins it will be because he outclasses Emmett. But he'll have to be perfect for 15 minutes. I lean Emmett. With low confidence.

@Fish, I have no idea why the **** I get so few downvotes. I’m not sure if it’s blue-name simp or if I actually am not a controversial person. Either way, I agree with your bull thesis for Emmet at the end. But fighting 13.5 hard minutes on a torn knee is more of a bear case for me. At 36 is he really going to recover from that? Who knows, but even if he’s a shadow of his former power he’s still got enough juice to spark 99% of the roster. But I think Ige can outclass him. I’d say 65% confidence.

Even if Santiago wins, due to the terrible shape Neal currently is cause of the sepsis and alcohol problems he's dealing with. Neal has beat and fought way better guys, under more unfavorable circumstances and with better results (except their common opponent Mike Perry, who Geoff easily knocked out, and who Ponzinibbio had a tough fight with and squeezed out a decision)
