I've made my top md list tell me what u think some of the guys at the botton of the list Nate Marquardt  and Dan Henderson are there because there fight at different weight divisions just let u know.So tell me what u think and get back to me.THANK YOU

The first was close, but Wandy earned it, getting up in seconds every time bisping took him down then out striking him on the feet. The second and third were clearly Wanderlei's.


Every time bisping fights a top 10 guy, the same thing happens.

@mino you laid it out exactly correct.  Except if wanderlei gets injured and cant take the leben fight he should be dropped off the rankings due to inactivity.  Also the bisping fight was close at points but he did get saved by the bell twice.  That fight was a great win for wand and a very respectable loss for bisping because he held his own and didnt take the nap many were hoping for.

@piercer, thanks, and I agree, if he can't fight Leben I guess it's time to take him off of the top 10.

I've got Wandy ranked at #10 because of his inactivity, but if he beats Chris Leben it will move him back up the list, and it will drop Belfort. Don't ask me why, because I know it doesn't make sense, but it has a lot to do with Belfort's inactivity, and his only true fight in the UFC MW division was a loss to Anderson Silva. I don't have Marquardt on my MW rankings because he doesn't fight at MW right now, and he's lost Okami and Sonnen.

I see a lot of you have Stann in your top ten, which confuses me because of how bad you guys said Santiagos chin is. So if he knocked out someone with a glass chin how does that warrant a top ten ranking? I think he should be 11 or 12 and one win away from top ten but i think you guys are giving him a lot of credit for KOing someone you said was an easy KO.

Maybe he has a healthy man-crush on cung le! Cung would have been great if he had of dedicated himself fully but I think he could make welterweight.

Santiago is a very solid and skilled fighter, he doesnt have a glass chin he just doesnt have a good one.  Think about how highly arlovski was ranked for a long time with the chin question he holds.

It sucks because theres litterally no one in the top ten for Stann to fight, which means theyll just give him another lower ranked fighter.

@ Heroak - I put Cung Le in my top MWs because, IMO at this point, he's the next contender to get a shot at the Strikeforce MW title, and I really couldn't think of anybody else to put in that spot, but if Munoz beats Maia, then that will knock Le out of my top 10, and put Munoz at #6. I'm pretty sure, that by the end of this weekend Le will be out of my top 10.

@Piercedan - I don't have a healthy man crush on Le, but nice theory. LOL

@heroak, I'm a big Santiago fan, and I'll be the first person to point out how bad his chin is. I did think that was a perfect match up for Stann, but that doesn't really matter. If you knockout two top 15 guys (Santiago was probably around number 8 at the time) in two fights, you deserve a top 10 spot. I think Stann has a lot of holes in his game and will likely lose to any of the other top 10 guys outside of Bisping, but he does deserve a top 10 spot for now, in my opinion.

ehhh i have him at 11, he KOed two guys that arent hard to KO, plus I thought Leben said he was sick in that fight. Either way, hes close but just isnt there yet for me.

I've got Brian Stann in my top 10 because he beat Chris Leben, who was a top 10 MW IMO, and with an impressive win over Santiago, it just kept him there.

@ Heroak - I'd like to see Stann face a top tier MW. Maybe he could face the winner of Belfort/Akiyama or the winner of Maia/Munoz. If all else fails, if Wandy beats Chris Leben, then he could face Wandy. That would be an awesome fight.
