Alexander "Drago" Volkov is a Russian Heavyweight mixed martial artist. Hailing from the Russian capitol, Moscow, he has competed professionally since 2009, mostly for the Russian M-1 promotion and has racked up a record of 16-3 before making his American debut for Bellator MMA in 2012. He defeated Brett Rogers and Vinicius Queiroz on his way to winning the Bellator Season 7 Heavyweight Tournament and the vacant Bellator Heavyweight Title by defeating Richard Hale in the finals. He would however lose the title the following year in his first defense against an undefeated Russian Heavyweight Vitaly Minakov

Volkov's next fought Mark Holata at Bellator 111: Dantas vs. Leone on March 7th, 2014 and earned a 1st round TKO.  

Volkov's next fight is against Siala Siliga at Bellator 116: Johnson vs. Ivanov on April 11st, 2014.
