I think 5dimes should set a "correct event name" proposition line up. Without taking juice into consideration, I assume it would look like this:

"Jones vs Johnson" +185
"Weidman vs Belfort" +6566
"Cerrone vs Nurmagomedov" +233
"Browne vs Arlovski" +900
"Jones vs NOT Johnson" +1900
"Johnson vs NOT Jones" +900

None of the above +1076

I don't think so. I think Jon Jones is a bigger deal than Brock Lesnar, and I'm more interested in Weidman's career than I ever was in Georges'.

@OutlawJoseyWales Back in the good ol' days when young whipper-snappers didn't fill the stands, right?

@buffalo ben Well then this card is only better than UFC 100 in your opinion, because Jon Jones ain't holding **** to Brock Lesnar. He'd have to **** a Kardashian and murder a president if he wanted to get close.

There is absolutely no debate that no fighter ever created the buzz, anticipation and excitement that Brock did for those 4-5 fights, none. Not to mention Jon Jones was on the UFC 100 card as well.

To say a fight with Chris Weidmann is/was more important than probably the biggest icon the sport has ever had in America is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. Both the title challengers were better/more intriguing as well. Brock/Mir II was like the most hyped fight of all time, then Thiago Alves was just wrecking shop over everyone at the time, Belfort is a commodity who has already fought for multiple belts and lost every time, not too mention now that he's off TRT he's probably borderline top 5.

Then Bisping/Hendo at the time was miles more important intiguing than Cerrone/Khabib, then after that this card has 2 flyweight bouts.

I don't even think you can call it a matter of opinion which one was more stacked, the answer is 100.

If Brock never gets diverticulitis and stays champ for a couple years. I'd almost guarantee that there'd be a UFC based show on ESPN and pre fight coverage for every PPV, and I'd estimate probably around 1 million PPV buys for every one that had a good main event.

Hate him if you want, but Brock would have brought the UFC into the mainstream. Jon Jones will never do that.

There is zero debate. Brock Lesnar is, by a wide margin, the biggest star the UFC has ever had. The only other fighter that comes even remotely close with mainstream appeal is Ronda Rousey. Talk to virtually any sports fan, and ask them to name a fighter from the UFC at any point. Because MMA is not nearly as mainstream as Dana White and the UFC brass want you to believe it would be at this point, 9 times out of 10, a casual sports fan will say Brock Lesnar. Is it good for the current credibility of the sport? No. But the UFC has a death grip on the industry, and he was the most promoted fighter in its history. Period.

Belfort didn't lose every fight for a belt. Also Mir is off TRT and he looked even better, imagine if Belfort is even better now lol.

On a more serious note though no one could touch what Brock Lesnar did. This is a massive card though and whether its the GOAT or not doesn't matter to me, I just hope all the fights actually happen.

I also think they gave out belts for the UFC tournament winners at UFC 12 (could be wrong). Vitor also won the Cage Rage LHW title.

That gives Vitor a 3-3 record in fights with a belt on the line. One loss came to legend and HOFer Randy Couture and the other two came to top 5 GOATs Anderson Silva and Jon Jones.
