This card reminds me of a little sibling that didn't get enough food at the thanksgiving table because his older brothers took it all from him.

They give all the big fight to McGregor or Roussey cards... At least, theirs some fight that may be spectacular even if they are not top level fight!

Without a second title fight to help him out, DC is one of the worst-selling UFC headliners of all time.

His (incredible) fight with Gustafsson sold approximately 250k buys. Very low in the modern era. Not Mighty Mouse low, but a close second. And with 206 being sandwiched between 205 and 207 in a very short window, I highly doubt it reaches that number. I would guess 150-200k is more realistic, and even that might be stretching things.

Adding GSP to the top of this bill would instantly bring the buys up half a million, if not (probably) much more.

I agree with Hyrm that every fight currently on the main card has a high chance of being an excellent, fun fight.

Still, that typically doesn't sell PPVs, which is where I agree with Skelliher. You need a big draw at the top, and unfortunately, DC ain't that.

Get 2 so we burn 3? Whats up IMG

Predictions: 2 of 7 Winners, 0 Perfect, 115 Points   |   Tied for 1441st

Just my personal take but I dont even think DC/Johnson...and Pettis/Max fights can save this card... there are UFC Fight Night cards that sometimes produce better fights,... Its a shame... Toronto deserves better... but there gonna make sure Ronda and Conor's Cards are packed... They did same thing with Albany NY card..its just NOT a good card.. so for every 2 we get I suppose we "burn" 3? Is this how the IMG is going to do thing? Even the Sacramento card is "eh"... When they made the Albany card I was like "Ok well we can still support that cause they DID make a awesome NYC card"... but its starting to look worse and worse now...
