Enough of this spat between the UFC and Spike. Time for a partnership where both parties are working hard for each other. This is going to be good.
Only problem is I don't get Fuel.

From the looks of things Spike has already moved on from the UFC. Now that they are going to be broadcasting Bellator and will being having their own mma show with MMA Junkie, they look ready to compete. It is a great time to be a mma fan.
I don't have fuel either. At least this undercard will be on FX.

But, from a business point of view I understand why Spike is doing it and it probably makes sense. Most casual people who will tune in and watch won't know anything about what we're talking about right here.

It will be interesting to see what days Spike decides to do Bellator programming. Personally I think the UFC airing TUF on Friday nights is a bad idea and won't see the success they are hoping for. If Spike were to air Bellator on Thurdays, I think that would be a huge boost for them.
Then again, the t.v. business is something that I have never been able to understand.

Bellator next season will be on Friday nights on MTV2 which is unfortunate because not only will they compete directly against Live TUF, Friday night is not a big TV night for their key demographic.
