Got a funny feeling. I've been going Ferguson since it was announced, but I just feel like Pettis is going to catch him cold when Ferguson starts slow.

I'm anticipating this fight, but I don't feel the same buzz like other McGregor cards. Maybe it's just me. Usually at this point, I'll have about 4 or 5 of my friends call to see where I'm watching, if I'm ordering, or if I want to come over to watch. No one has done that yet. Maybe it's my new deodorant, but I think maybe some people are over the outrageous character of Conor.

It is a bit underwhelming bach. I dunno, maybe it's because everything pales in comparison to the Maymac circus.

Maybe. Idk. I wasn't too hyped for the maymac fight either. But it was must watch tv same as this fight. One thing conor is good at is creating that pre fight tension. It makes his fights must watch. Plus it's hard to point to a boring conor fight.

The other thing is, we haven't had a big ass presser this time around. The last had no audience and a few journalists. The fanfare is a fraction of what it was for Diaz Mcgregor 1&2.

Just goes to show, nobody is bigger than the promotion.

Because people are tired of the circus act ******** because of how much the UFC tries to manufacture it with always saying "these guys don't like each other" and stupid hype packages about an alleged "beef" between fighters that feel faker than Jenna Jameson's tits.

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 540 Points   |   Tied for 158th

Nurmagomedov vs. McGregor
Khabib Nurmagomedov, TKO, R4
Conor will land the left hand on khabib, however, I doubt he caneeds ko him. Khabib will most likely take conor down and ground & pound him in every round until the ref stops the fight. I see this fight going over 2 rounds. I got khabib by tko ground n pound

Ferguson vs. Pettis
Tony Ferguson, SUB, R2
I think tony will be the first person in mma to submit anthony pettis. Won't be a good night for both pettis brothers. Last time they were both on the same card they both got beat.

St. Preux vs. Reyes
Dominick Reyes, TKO, R1
Tyson pedro was able to land several clean head kicks and drop osp with punches in Rd 1. Dominick can do the same. However, dominick's jiu-jitsu jitsu off his back is worst than Tyson and probably has a worst cardio as well seeing how all his fights end in Rd 1. If osp can take the fight to the ground he will win. I'm going with dominick by ko in Rd 1.

Lewis vs. Volkov
Derrick Lewis, TKO, R3
Unless derrick has back spasms during the fight, I don't see how he can lose to volkov. I can see derrick absorbing volkov kicks and puncles fine but not the other way around. Derrick will drop him with punches and finish him with ground n pound

Waterson vs. Herrig
Felice Herrig, DEC
Michelle hasn't looked good in her last few fights. Her karate kicks aren't effective and her boxing is weak. I can see felice bullying her way into clinch position and dirty boxing her way to victory. Not sure if felice can take her down and keep her down. Michelle has pretty good jiu-jitsu off her back.

Pettis vs. Formiga
Jussier Formiga, SUB, R2
Sergio has a weak chin, 0 stoppage wins in the ufc, he's a point fighter, wrestling suck, and in nearly every ufc fight he struggles in the wrestling and clinch positions. Sergio can out point jussier on the feet but in terms of effective shots landed I'm going with jussier dropping sergio with punches. On the ground its all jussier.

Luque vs. Turner
Vicente Luque, SUB, R1
Turner is making his ufc debut. Tough match up for him. I got Vincente by Rd 1 stoppage.

Evinger vs. Ladd
Tonya Evinger, TKO, R3
Aspen may be undefeated but her striking is terrible. She only knows how to walk forward absorb punches and go for simple takedowns. She has decent ground n pound but her overall skillet is very limited. She will lose to tanya.

Mother Russia vs Emrald Isle

Predictions: 7 of 12 Winners, 0 Perfect, 365 Points   |   Tied for 1436th

I believe Mcgregor has better stand up and that’s all, if Khabib gets him in the clinch or him down its more than likely over with. Mcgregor is a counter fighter that likes to use Muhammad Ali tactics and talk trash to get in his opponents heads. That didn’t work with the Russian this time, either way lucky charms will get his paycheck even though his brand of cereal is over rated not really good for you. Ha ha.  Mcgregor must keep his distance and if he loses people might finallly open their eyes and drop this guy or not hold him to such a high standard. I say his money game will more than likely be over with.

The "fans" are by far the most annoying part of Prize-Fighting. Most of you can see right through the promotions silly antics but consistently get wrapped up in the fighters antics. "We're tired of the UFC forcing ill-will between fighters" 1 minute to "I hate Conor McNuggets" the next. Which is it?

Most of you have something against USADA yet can't spell testosterone or Meldonium without looking them up.

Most of you cringe at hype trains but none of you knew who Zabit was.

This goes on and on and on. A constant hyperbole of hypocrisy.

"Eye-pokes are bad" to enjoying soccer-kick KO's in Rizin

"we're tired of this circus" today yet will be supporting an actual circus in KSW this weekend.

You're fed up with the UFC hyping fights? As opposed to what? Not promoting them? I just don't get it.

Nurmagomedov vs. McGregor
Conor McGregor, TKO, R3
Khabib's standup is sloppier than people are realizing. His footwork looks clumsy when he closes distance to strike and is going to eat a few big shots at the very least. His head-first takedown style serves him well but will be very dangerous against a striker with Conor's timing. Conor with a jump knee or short hook in the second round.

    Nurmagomedov vs. McGregor
    Khabib Nurmagomedov, TKO, R2
idk what to expect and i don't really think analysis is necessary for this one.

    Ferguson vs. Pettis
    Tony Ferguson, TKO, R2
i don't like this fight for pettis, at all, like to the point that it's difficult to get excited to watch ferguson fight. he just corrected a career tailspin against a pretty linear opponent and they wanna feed him to tony? idk man, just feels like they're doing pettis dirty here. not that he's incapable of winning, it's only 3 rounds, the fight just makes no sense to me. feels like it's gonna be the poirier fight all over again.

    St. Preux vs. Reyes
    Dominick Reyes, TKO, R1
man i like osp, but i feel like reyes is gonna push a pace that he's simply uncomfortable with and it's gonna make him get sloppy and clipped. i'd be down with another shoulder choke though.

    Lewis vs. Volkov
    Alexander Volkov, TKO, R2
derrick lewis can give himself a chance if he pulls the trigger, but otherwise i don't think his chin is gonna hold up to getting out-tech'd.

    Waterson vs. Herrig
    Felice Herrig, DEC
might be fun, might not be, either way i see felice pushing the action, so unless she jumps into something silly, i think she can land effective strikes and push the pace.

    Pettis vs. Formiga
    Sergio Pettis, DEC
sergio needs to take rounds if he wants to win this, because i'm not confident in his finishing ability here, so he has to avoid making a mistake. he's been taken down in almost every fight, but he still manages to survive and win scorecards, so can he avoid getting his back taken here? i'm gonna guess that he gets into a few scares, but ultimately wins this fight on the outside.

    Luque vs. Turner
    Vicente Luque, SUB, R1
trying to figure out why this fight was even booked. turner looks like a fun action prospect, luque looks like he should be fighting ranked competition. i'm expecting him to hurt jalin early and then snag a darce or anaconda or some sort of arm-in choke.

    Evinger vs. Ladd
    Aspen Ladd, DEC
as a fan of invicta, i like this fight a lot, big opportunity for both ladies. i don't think aspen will be able to impose her will as easily as she normally does because tonya can still wrestle pretty damn well and is more than willing to take a shot to get inside. all that said, i do think she can be the more effective striker if she can manage to stay in motion and avoid ending up on her back.

    Patrick vs. Holtzman
    Alan Patrick, DEC
both grinders, so it'll probably come down to striking and clinch. neither are really big power threats, but patrick goes for it at least so i think he can control the range and the pace while mixing in td attempts.

    Kunitskaya vs. Länsberg
    Yana Kunitskaya, TKO, R3
i think lina's best chance is in the clinch, but she has to do it on her own terms and in the open mat, not against the cage, and i'm not sure she can do that. expecting yana to pepper from range and change levels if lina tries to come in.

    Maynard vs. Lentz
    Nik Lentz, DEC
not sure gray can keep up with lentz's pace anymore, but also unsure that nik has the striking arsenal necessary if he can't be the bully. still leaning lentz, but i don't think it'll be a blowout.

    LaFlare vs. Martin
    Ryan LaFlare, DEC
boring as he may be, laflare is effective when his opponent can't hurt him with strikes, and i think he can stifle whatever kind of trickery martin might be relying on on the mat.

    Nurmagomedov vs. McGregor

I think people are sleeping on McGregor and forgetting how good he actually is. We all know what Khabib is going to do and what his game plan is but I see McGregor working his movement and angles better, picking his shots and then putting Khabin away. Also, yes, stuffing Khabibs takedowns.

    Ferguson vs. Pettis
    Tony Ferguson, DEC
I wouldn't be at all surprised if Pettis pulls off the upset and I believe he has the style but I have to say Ferguson is too motivated and hungry. Going with Ferguson.
