I was originally thinking Vick should get the Poirier/Pettis winner.

But I like Poirier's callout 10x better. I think the callout was on point too.

Yeah, Poirier's callout makes perfect sense. Especially if Gaethje wins, a title eliminator between Poirier and him would make a lot of sense.

Though Khabib vs. Barboza looms in the background. Hopefully McGregor actually attempts to defend his title for a change so we can get the division moving again.

Poirier getting murdered by Johnson is still too fresh in my mind to consider him for a title eliminator, personally.

At this point, I think Guida could beat Pettis again.

I haven't heard any news of him getting cut, and his twitter bio still says "on a mission for the UFC belt"

@dtrain Man this might sound like fighter bashing but I'm so over Conor. I mean every 3rd news article is about him, his antics and demands are pure rubbish. I realize he's got 1 heck of a fan base but I personally wouldn't mind him disappearing. That side show BS is not what i watch fights for. And don't get me wrong that stuff has worked for him and he's backed up the trash talk in the cage but I've personally had enough.

@Detroit Superstar Yup. If it means anything, we're coming up on the two-year anniversary of Conor being an undisputed UFC champion. We're past the one-year anniversary of him being a two-weight champion. And he hasn't defended a belt once.

It's because the UFC let him be that way.
