Predictions: 7 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 515 Points   |   Tied for 205th

The fighters are weighed in and we're set for what should be a fun night in Curitiba.

Prelims kick off on UFC Fight Pass at 630pm ET before switching over to FS1 at 8pm. The PPV main card starts at 10pm.

Have to be honest, Anderson's withdrawal has dampened my enthusiasm for this one and the co-main does nothing for me. But Maia-Brown should be good and the main event is intriguing.

Hopefully we get some good fights.

Once Silva dropped out I kind of ( in a weird way ) lost interest in most of this card.

Who wants to be a millionaire?

The parlay odds for

Miocic submitting Werdum
Belfort submitting Jacare
Smith KO/TKOing Cyborg
Brown submitting Maia

is +87159500

If you put down >$1.15 on that bet, you'll be a millionaire (before taxes).

Hopefully I'm not creating some kind of butterfly effect by posting this comment. Just in case I am, I'm playing it safe and investing only $10,000.

If everything goes the way I envisioned, I should be able to finally buy the UFC.

Maia-Brown is the PME.

Brown vs Maia is the best fight of the night besides the main event, I'm also pumped for Lineker vs Font, should be an all out war.

the undercard is better than the 5 main event fights just b/c i dont really know which fighters will win on the undercard.  FS1   is the best. how brown vs Maia is not on the main card i'll never know why.

2 of the three best fights on this card are prelims, and the main event seems like a FOX headliner, not a PPV headliner. I think I've been falling for the hype a bit.

Jacare-Vitor could be one-sided, either way. Neither guy has a good chance against Weidman or Rockhold IMO.

Cyborg is in a squash match, as usual.

Shogun ... I don't care about 2016 Shogun at all and I think Corey Anderson should be coming off a loss to Tom Lawlor.

Alves-Barbarena should be cool while it lasts, but it's hardly a PPV fight.

Maia-Brown is great and free. Lineker-Font is great and on the prelims. Santos-Marquardt will be violent and free.

Negative Nancy post over.

Here's to me being wrong on every level! But a $60 event, this is not.

@skelliher

That was my whole point yesterday about my complaint with their bout order. With 198 losing Silva.Hall they really needed Maia/Brown on the Main Card. That one simple bout order change would make spending $50/$60 justifiable IMO.

Great main event!!!

Missing Silva, however.

^I was tempted to pick Miocic but the way I see it is Werdum has more ways to win. Seems like to me if Miocic wins it'll be because he outboxes Werdum. I doubt Miocic initiates any TD's, you would think. And in the clinch I give the advantage to Werdum. Not sure why I picked Werdum by Decision though. 25 mins is a long time for 2 HW's of this caliper to be in the octagon.

..

As they say in Brazil, "My body is wheady".

I already regret picking Stipe but I just couldn't seem to bring myself to pick against him for some reason. If I get home in time I might flip flop before the card starts but regardless, I expect a wild night with a giant PPV in a stadium, in Brazil.  Any of our Tapzilians at/going to this event?
