Your right , I lost all confidence in Olivera after watching all his losses. He literally quit every single one as soon it got tough. All his wins are against low level nobodies with the exception of a shot tony Ferguson and a gassed one round micheal chandler. I don’t value subs over teymur, giagos, guida. There levels to this championship level is no quit no surrender. He’s got quit written all over him

thats crazy. you guys say islam is the next coming when he steamrolls **** comp (tsaryukan and dober aside) but when Charles steamrolls equally **** competition hes still a quitter? he has lost one round on this win streak of his. try judging him off skill and not off record

Quitting that many times is a serious detriment to his skills. You can’t drill heart at the gym you have it or not. The title won’t matter look at yans run.

its not his fault he got those opponents. if youre a top tier fighter you should finish that level, and he did. i dont get why ppl complain about competition like its the fighters fault that they got matched up with them. Just like islam makhachev, he ran through everyone just like how poirier or gaethje would.

Exactly thank you Reynolds. Do Bronx has steamrolled everyone he’s fought so far but no one is saying he’s good because there’s no hype on him. People gotta look at how he’s beating people. If he was losing rounds to sub par comp, then it would be totally ok to say he sucks, but he’s not even dropping rounds against them

Competition is definitely the fighters fault. To quote max Holloway “if you wanna be the best you have to beat the best” low level talent fighters fight other low level talents. There is a reason why there are prelims main card prelims and main card and ppv. Levels. Pulling subs on guys not in the Ufc anymore or completely washed doesn’t say much about your strength of schedule.

No one on this winstreak has had anything for Charles. He’s lost one round bruh. You realize he’s likely in his prime now so he’s obviously different than he was 5 years ago in a different weight class.

Because 27 year old charles is not the same as 32 year old charles. Have you ever heard of being in your prime? Oliviera was always on the cusp of being the next thing and now that’s he’s hit his stride he’s living up to his potential
