What sort of excuse are people going to have now for Connor not being legit, what sort of stylistic match-up will it be this time? Connor hasn't fought Sharkeisha yet, so we really can't tell if the hype is legit until he fights a flailing power puncher who distributes street justice under PRIDE rules.

Boxing events are different because they're usually built around one big fight. Every single main card fight on 189 delivered in some way. We had 3 fight of the year candidates, 2 KO of the year candidates, and the possible greatest WW fight of all time.

Mendes banking 500k to show when he's never even made as high as 50k to show in any of his other fights.  I'd say that's worth taking a fight on two week's notice.

That Lawler finish looked really suspicious, what Joe basically said what happened was, "Oh, he shattered his nose now he's falling down because his nose is shattered." But then again, I don't agree with half the **** of what Rogan says.

Please, please, please stop suggesting there were fixes in place. My god. Rory broke. He had enough. He took more damage than I've seen most fighters take. You think part of the fix was to take permanent, life-changing damage for five rounds before taking a dive? Christ.

Over/Under on amount of fights people will say were fixed on tomorrow's card? Probably none, since none of the fights are for titles and none of the fighters are as popular as Conor. Oh, and the fact that there's a 99.99999% chance that there's never been a fixed fight in the UFC.
