we would of had 3 this month if this one wasn't pulled ... UFC 133, this event, and UFC 134, even with just the 2 at the highest price it works out at only £6 each ($9.75) which isn't bad

basically ESPN don't have the rights to the 'on Versus' shows and although they have shown them in the past, they decided not to license this event.

@thiago... ESPN's contract was drawn up before the 'on Versus' shows came about, and although they have shown them in the past they chose not to licence this event.
it doesn't really explain it in detail but that's what i read online
