When most fans buy a PPV, it's for the headliner first, co-headliner second. In some cases the third fight down factors into the decision, but the PPV opening two bouts rarely -- if ever -- translate to increasing a buy rate.
However, there is some evidence to suggest that a strong lead-in on FOX Sports 1 can translate to a last-minute jolt to the buy rate.

I don't know many fans that have the cash to throw down 60 dollars on a fight card and all they care about is the main event + co-main.
