Predictions: 10 of 11 Winners, 5 Perfect, 650 Points   |   Tied for 8th with 10 others

The UFC has a quick turnaround after the big 148 weekend with tonight's UFC on FUEL card.  Mark Munoz takes on Chris Weidman in a key middleweight matchup.  Is it too much too soon for the rising contender in Weidman, or will he pass in flying colors?

Things are scheduled to kick off at EARLY at 5:45 eastern time for 5 prelim fights on Facebook.com/UFC.  Then at 8:00 eastern time you can catch the main card on Fuel TV.

Your prediction results and leaderboard ranking will automatically show up in any posts made here. If you want to embed your full listing of picks you can do that also.   Your picks, as well as a link to embed the image, and the top of the site-wide leaderboard will all be available in the right column on this thread.

Enjoy the fights and good luck in your predictions!

@dielegende23 - It's nothing personal against Alan Belcher as a fighter, but Belcher is not even a top 10 MW at this point and time. Weidman would be a huge step down in competition, not because Belcher wouldn't be a good fight, but because Weidman now steps into the top 5 with this win. To fight a guy who is not a top 10 MW would be a step in the wrong direction for Weidman. He should fight Vitor Belfort or the winner of Lombard/Boetsch next.

Wiedman will sell more PPVs than Lombard. That's the bottom line and the UFC knows it.

Casual fans don't know Hector yet, but they have been introduced to Weidman a few times already.

@ Ariel Helwani - You're an idiot, and you've made 100%, complete, beyond a shadow of a doubt proof of that. Weidman vs. Belcher would make no sense for Weidman at this point. Weidman has to much to lose in a fight like that. Now Munoz/Belcher makes a ton of sense, because IMO with the loss to Weidman, Munoz has to start his climb back to the top all over again. Bisping/Belcher would be good too, because Belcher has been screaming for a rematch with Bisping, but that could be a lose/lose situation for Bisping as well. Weidman's next opponent should be either Vitor Belfort, Michael Bisping, Chael Sonnen, or the winner of Lombard/Boetsch.

@BrazilianJitz - Belcher is currently #11 on the Tapology consensus list, and #16 on my list, so I don't think jaykool is far off-base.

@Fresno, there was actually a standing elbow KO in the UFC earlier this year. Here it is.

@Stickman, Weidman looked incredible. He quickly took Munoz down in the first round and manhandled him for the rest of the round. In the second he scored an amazing elbow that KO'd Munoz on his feet and then proceeded to smash him on the ground while an idiot ref was repeating "you gotta fight back".

Great card, but I was amazed the Weidman beat Munoz so easily.  I thought Munoz would really give him a run for his money.

Belcher is screaming for a rematch with Bisping ? He isn't top ten ? Bisping and Monoz are coming of losses Alan Belcher is on a long ******* winning streak and is in fact a top ten fighter. He also never fought Bisping before ? He's also on 9 now in the rankings here.

 Top 5 MW's

1. Anderson
2. Chael
3. Bisping
4. Vitor
5. Stann or Weidman

Weidman vs Belcher would make a lot of sense, Belcher is deserving of a contender match as well...

Bisping/Belcher is on guys.

Belcher isn't a top 10 MW. He's overrated.

@joe kerr

Damn!  That is incredible!  And lol at the idiotic referee part!  I wonder what's next for Mr. Weidman now then?  I saw a couple pepole say Belfort and I would love to see that fight!

But what if Boestch beats Lombard?  Munoz and Lombard were the top 2 contenders to be next if they won, (at least i think anyway), so if they both lose.... then what?  Is there a chance at Silva/ Weidman???
