He’s the same guy who absolutely flatlined mamed khalidov to become ksw double champ. He’s been one of the best fighters not signed to the ufc for a while

good against a rookie, Nicolau is a thai fighter with great takedowns and bjj background, definetly is a test fight for both fighters, in my opinion Dvorak is regular during the fight and he keeps the pressure as long the fight goes

Come on that's a bit of a hyperbole about not betting KKF at any odds. What if I offered you 20 to 1? No? 50 to 1? There is a point for any fighter where you bet him regardless of your belief or you'd be a moron.

Of course you can argue this is a strawman and odds wont ever get there but odds are wrong all the time, it's just a matter of your degree of confidence.

Let me use another example from this last week. I was flip-flopping back and forth between Allen and Hooker and really couldn't make a call even watching all of their fights for the last 4 years and trying to come at it from all angles I could think of.
Since it was so close and a pickem line I ended up not betting either fighter.
Now what if I decided one of them had the slightest of edges maybe 55% but the other guy was at +175 or +200? Are you telling me that slightest of leans should make me forgo such a massive implied probability difference in a fight where there are legit paths to victory for both guys?

Agreed but I had him winning 29-28 up until the last 30 seconds or so when Kape rocked him.

thats another point; Nicolau is low-key chinny. He doesn't have a bad chin, but he can be cracked. Dvorak hits decently hard

Whether or not you agree with the decision, fighting closely against Kape & a win against Tim Elliott is more impressive than anything Dvorak’ record boasts! I hope the love for Dave keeps coming in so I can get an even better number of Nicolau.

Yeah I've got Nicolau here but this is a dog or pass situation for me. Should be a closely contested fight if Dvorak matches the eye test. I think given that Nicolau is the dog, has fought the better competition, has utilized his wrestling more in the UFC and has shown good fight IQ by adjusting his approach round to round he's my lean.

Dvorak could win this one though if he can avoid or check leg kicks and if he fights behind his jab using his 2 inches reach advantage. Unless wrestling gets involved this might be one of those fights where people disagree on who won afterwards.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 7 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 490 Points   |   Tied for 670th

Blaydes vs. Daukaus
Curtis Blaydes, SUB, R2
Daukaus will be too small for this fight and I can see Blaydes getting him down early in the rounds which allows him to work into a submission. I believe Daukaus is a BJJ black belt but I still think he’ll bet bullied on the ground here. Blaydes by Arm Triangle.

Askarov vs. Kara-France
Kai Kara-France, TKO, R1
KKF has super underrated TDD and ground awareness. Even if Askarov gets his back I don’t think he’ll be able to submit him. KKF can defend or get up when he needs to and start unleashing strikes into Askarov. He’s on a roll and his confidence is at a high right now. KKF gets it done.

Dvořák vs. Nicolau
Matheus Nicolau, DEC
Why isn’t this on the main card? Nicolau has faced better competition, even if you think he lost to Kape it was still a very competitive fight. Tim Elliot is no slouch either. I would not bet on this fight at all but Nicolau wins a close split decision.

Oddbot is correct 60-65% of the time, But the thing is that the average odds would be around -150 to -200 to compensate, They is no magic method to make money gambling or everyone else will be doing it, Like I said earlier the gambling industry as a whole pretty much live on the 5-10% surcharge, 95% of the time the bookie will line the fight perfectly

Gambling is honestly a stupid way to make money, Because 99% of people doesn't make money from it because the gambling industry is design to take your money, If you want to make money, Do Stocks or Cryto, Stock and Crypto is like gambiling but its fair, They no industry design to take your money, Only thing seperating you from winning, Is you own bad decsion

There's also 0% taxes on gambling for players, at least here in Sweden. Probably because the bookies are the ones making money and paying the taxes.
It used to be you had to pay 50% tax on your income on gambling or poker etc but the EU put a stop to that.

As for stocks you don't have to gamble there at all, just buy index funds investing in the entire market and it's almost impossible to not make a profit over time (10+ years).
For people that make active choices in their stocks you have a similar situation to gambling, they'd have made more in the long run investing in an index fund in almost every case.

But it's fun to make choices.
