I'm a little confused as of why Chris Gutierrez is the dog here. He has more fights, fought better competition, and literally has not lost since his UFC debut in 2018. Batgerel has been more flashy with his wins, but I would not consider his UFC resume of opponents to be that great.

Guitz isn’t impressing me with one leg kick tko a draw and two split decision wins. Batgerel on the other hand has explosive boxing and a nice tko streak. It’s going to be a battle but i completely agree with the odds

"Oddbot is correct 60-65% of the time, But the thing is that the average odds would be around -150 to -200 to compensate"

Hmm what? No I actually went and checked Oddsbot's pick rate. But I don't really know what y'all are saying at this point. It's like paragraphs and paragraphs of theories but each ends with "the house always wins!". We can talk about something else. This feels forced.

Re: the idea that we'd all bet an underdog if the odds got bad enough, ehh not really. There are +400 fighters that shouldnt be on nearly every card. Anecdotally, this forum isn't tripping over itself to talk about throwing money on them. I think most people would just not bet.

Example: even if Tony Ferguson is a +1500 against Chandler, I'm still not putting money on him. He's a walking skeleton whose best moment in like four years was one good punch against Gaethje in the beginning of the fight. There isn't an invisible line where I'd feel like I had to back him. I'll be inclined to bet Chandler, with an invisible line on his end that makes me think it's not worth it.

How can you be so stupid, my point isn’t hard to grasp, my point is that bookie are good at they’re job and usually line the fight accurately, if they weren’t they wouldn’t exist because people be winning,  it generally worrying that you are in the gene pool

@jrvn20. The honest answer is maybe. Sometimes stacked cards on paper come out boring. And a bunch of low level UFC fighter cards end up amazing. You never know

I'd probably throw 10$ at Ferguson @+1500 because I'd say there's more than a 6% chance of him hitting a sub in that fight. That would be a 150$ return.
