Cain is going to defend his title, Bendo is going to earn his title shot, Swanson is going to make his long-awaited debut, and Escovedo is going to prove he belongs in the UFC. :))

Actually if it was going to be that easy I'd be less excited but most of the fights are a toss up. It's close to 50/50 on many of them.

Ya and I can't believe that more people are betting on dos Santos winning, is that the first time a Champion has ever been the 'underdog' percentage-wise?

@fresno. i got JDS at +150. he has been wagered down b/c velasquez has had surgery and about a year off between fights. i happen to think JDS will outstrike cain  and if he is taken down he will get right back up like he did vs carwin. could be a bloody fight.

@Fresno good question. The answer is yes, for the UFC.  Though predictions on Tapology only go back to UFC 120.

It will be a good fight because both fighters havn't truly had their chins tested with a solid shot.  But man Cain's striking looked great against Brock.  I think this fight will be a war but Im backing Cain all the way.

@fresno.. Velasquez was rocked twice by Kongo and JDS took a big right hand from Roy and a left from Carwin.. so I think both there chins have been tested if you ask me.

I agree with wolf. A long pause can be a problem. Not to mention JDS win if more fresh in peoples memory therefore they will tend to bet on him.

If Cain wasn't coming off such a long layoff I'd pick him, but taking JDS in this one

Was pretty excited to see how well Condit did against GSP, but despite the fact that the main event was cancelled and not replaced, this is still a pretty sweet card.  Mitrione and Diaz are two of my absolute favourite fighters and I think it's gonna be a good night for them.  Interested to see how Hioki does in his UFC debut as well.  Siver vs Cerrone should be an incredible fight too.  Worthy of a PPV spot on this card even without the main event being cancelled.

I always have that one fight, where if my fighter wins I'm happy no matter what else happens on the card.  For 130 it was Stann, 131 Ksos, 132 Tito, 133 Akiyama, 134 Pearson, 135 Kos, 136 Stephens, and for 137 it's Mirko :)
