I'd love to see Kid have a great performance in the UFC., but Menjivar is way too crafty, and Kid just isn't the dangerous fighter he was years ago.

Wish they would have gave him someone of lesser talent.

I'm so conflicted by this ... on one hand I'm a Kid fan and am happy to see him get back in the octagon, but on the other I think he loses this and 4 in a row might be just one too many ...

I know it's unsporting of me, but I'd have rather'ed he got an easier opponent to get at least one UFC win and build some confidence back before he got cut.

Hopefully he can pull this off.

It's tough to see your favorite guys on the decline. Watching Chuck getting KTFO over and over again was painful. The first MMA fight I ever saw was the 2nd fight with Randy Couture. Chuck and Randy will always have a place in my heart because of that.

If John Albert can catch Menjivar then Kid definitely can....

It's pretty weak I'll admit but that's the shoestring of hope that I have for Kid in this fight. Menjivar tends to rest on his laurels and cruise during fights which is exactly what you shouldn't do against an individual as ridiculously explosive as Kid Yamamoto.

I didn't even know Kid was going to get another shot. Don't think he's got much of a chance against Menjivar, unfortunately.

I really like Menjivar, I think he can get the win, he´s a well rounded fighter and his only losses in the UFC are Faber and Easton which both are on the top of the division, nothing to be ashamed of. He´ll win by sub on the 2nd

There is a stark difference between Japan Kid and UFC Kid. He lost that killer instinct. The same thing that happened to BJ happened to Kid, only more so.

Menjivar by SUB or Kid by KO, at this point it doesn't even look like Kid cares to fight anymore...

Used to think Kid was the top featherweight fighter back when Urijah was king but Menjivar should be more than too much for Kid if he shows up like he has.

Yamamoto has been on a major decline lately and he hasn't fought in over a year. Should be a quick win for Menjivar.

Dangerous fight for Menjivar. Think Rashad/Lil' Nog, Bowles/Roop, Nelson/Miocic.

Also agree that Kid should've had a fight designed to showcase him or one with a better chance for victory. It's a shame that they never made Kid vs. Damacio Page.
