I am taking Tai. More technical, probably faster with better leg kicks. If he gets in the pocket or gets Sergei against the cage he is knocking him out.

Tai almost KOd Gane! No one else has come close. And Sergei has not beaten the same level of competition imo

Agree, Tai has some good, heavy leg kicks and if they get into a brawl its Sergei that goes to sleep for sure... But I'm happy if everyone keeps fading Tai, just gonna get better odds on him

Thompson vs. Holland
Stephen Thompson, DEC
If Holland used his reach well and didn't entertain brawling tactics all too often, I'd be picking him here. Thompson is getting old, and his reflexes aren't what they used to be, which is not a good sign for a counterstriker. But Holland just gets too sloppy sometimes for me to see him outpointing Stephen for 5 rounds. Although there is the chance that he catches him and puts him away, I'm banking on Thompson to keep it on the outside and win on points. Probably a split.

dos Anjos vs. Barberena
Rafael dos Anjos, DEC
Barberena getting tagged up so much by this version of Lawler was not a good look at all. RDA demolishes him in every aspect of MMA.

Nicolau vs. Schnell
Matheus Nicolau, SUB, R1
If Schnell isn't careful with his neck then this will probably be over quickly.

Tuivasa vs. Pavlovich
Tai Tuivasa, TKO, R1
This is a very quick turnaround for Tai, which makes me second-guess this pick, but his accuracy really is underrated. Nobody talks about it. Nobody's been able to set Gane up and connect flush so many times. Sergei also does sort of walk forward with his chin up sometimes, and I think Tai's combinations are better.

I think Matt Schnell could actually very well win this. I am not so impressed by Nicolau YET. (Nicolau would have to step up a bit, the potential is there for the kid)

Jauregui vs. Nunes
Yazmin Jauregui
Jauregui looked impressive in her debut. Nunes on the other hand... great striker that uses reach to keep distance (for a round). Sam Hughes was able to really work a jab against her and take her down with no signs of her getting up. I honestly see Yasmin getting a takedown to wear her out a bit and then absolutely schooling her on the feet.

Softball for Jauregui. Used to train with assassin baby, excellent striking and experience beyond her years. She's got this.

Also I feel like Tai is getting way ahead of himself. Pavlovich is no joke, and that TKO loss to Gane was seriously brutal. Feels way too early.

Predictions: 7 of 14 Winners, 4 Perfect, 490 Points   |   Tied for 2198th

Thompson vs. Holland
Kevin Holland, SUB, R4
K. Hollands ground game has been improving more and more. I could see TKO being more realistic, but I don't think it'll be in Hollands game plan to stand too much with Wonderboy who can still kick a mountain in half.

dos Anjos vs. Barberena
Bryan Barberena, TKO, R1
Bam Bam Smash

Nicolau vs. Schnell
Matt Schnell, DEC
Don't bet against ATT, +4" reach, This goes the distance in a close one.

Tuivasa vs. Pavlovich
Tai Tuivasa, TKO, R2
I'll be surprised if this makes it to two rounds.

Anders vs. Daukaus
Kyle Daukaus, SUB, R2
It's the nickname for me. Seriously though I like the Daukaus bros. They're Philly tough.

Price vs. Rowe
Niko Price, DEC

Hill vs. Ducote

Hill looks like this lady I work with but with a mohawk, and that lady is tough so Ill go Hill

I think Ribas has champion skills but just can’t take a punch well, she look great in every fight I see her in beside the moment she get dropped, I think Ribas wins becuase I don’t think she gets dropped but  I also have to say if Virna dropped her then Tracy could too
