I love this card. Maybe it's because it's in Pittsburgh. Maybe it's because Rockhold is, imo, one of the 2 best mw's in the world. Maybe it's because there are some fights on this card that are going to be bangers. Idk why, but even before the borg weight cut..um I mean illness, I was looking forward to this card more than 215.

Theres a few fights I'm looking forward to; Rockhold vs Branch, Perry vs Alves should be highly entertaining, Usman (whose seriously underrated) vs Sergio Moraes should be intriguing mostly because Usman has been red hot and he'll be dealing with a BJJ stud. Wonder what his approach will be for this one. He's likely to be a big favorite (-300 to-375) but he'll have to fight smart. I'm thinking he'll rely on his striking because going to the mat could be his kryptonite. But his fight IQ should get him thru this. OAM vs Tony Martin should be close in terms of actual odds despite OAM being a decent size consensus favorite. I think Hall and his flashy style will get punished by Jotko who is super solid and had proven to be a much better fighter than i initially gave him credit for and lastly Sanders and Arantes could steal the show. I've followed Sanders for a long time under the AXS tv banners and he's a bright prospect. He'll need to be careful because Arantes is one of those guys that will most certainly bring it.

Yeah, just not a lot of competitive fights on here.

Jokto vs Hall and Hamilton vs Spitz both have the potential to suck.

Martin vs OAM is an interesting grappling affair.

Lombard vs Lionheart is the toughest fight to pick imo.

And Perry vs Alves is my favorite fight on this card.

Biggest domination on the card I think will be Usman or Rockhold

What the UFC is doing with Gillespie is pathetic. 2-0 in UFC vs 0-2 in UFC....brilliant. Stop feeding him bums since he's supposedly so good. Put him up against a Russian. Then we'll know if his wrestling is legit or not.

what do you guys think about the first fight on this card?? saggo vs burns. me personally i like saggo, i like his style. Honestly i found it disturbing when burns cried after his loss to rashid magomedov, seems mentally weak.

Not the first fighter Rashid made cry. Won't be the last either ;) Especially when he wins that 1 million USD & retires to the Mountains.

Anyways...Burns vs Saggo. I just want some wicked scrambles...

Probably my favorite fight of the night stylistically Alves vs Perry is scrapped. Bummer that was gonna be a good fight no doubt.

    Other Notables:

    Jose Aldo, 5

    Chris Weidman, 5

When he finally hangs up his gloves I think Alves career is going to be a weird one to look back on. Is he a dangerous wrecking machine or a joke?

Well he was a wrecking machine up until he lost to GSP.  I think he is still dangerous just way too many injuries for him.

What is really surprising is that Cain has only pulled out of three fights. Though I guess he got injured times he wasn't even scheduled.
