The Association of Boxing Commissions website defines a downed fighter as, “A grounded opponent is any fighter who has more than just the soles of their feet on the ground. Ruined in what very well could have been FOTN and my pick for craziest fight of the night on paper.Kudos to Dan Mirgliotta (or however it's spelled) for not listening to all the people trying to tell him the rules,he gets a little stock back for this one.
