Don't sleep on my man Sammy. He has one punch ko power, mean feet and is an all around excellent fighter. Another thing I feel he has in this matchup is this....Sammy doesnt want to lose, Riggs thinks he can't lose. I'll take the hungry man over the ignorant one anyday. Not saying anything about Riggs personally, that's just how he comes off to me. Riggs better tread lightly.

I don´t get why do they insist in matching UFC fighters against each other, I would rather see them perform against fighters from other promotions.

Nah, because he was scheduled to fight a guy who had fought some of the best competition in the sport over his decade + long career, and now he's scheduled to face a guy who has done nothing but impress me with the opportunities he's had in Bellator. It's neato that Oropeza is your friend, but the guy's fought in KOTC, Bellator, and Strikeforce. It's not like you're the only one who has seen this guy fight. Maybe detach yourself from your friends ball bag. He'll probably put on a better performance in the cage with you not inside of his cup. Just a thought. ;)

Who cares what Riggs had done in his career. He was way beyond his age in fight years. Not being able to make it through camp is proof.

Souza is a cool looking/flashy capoeira guy. Yes. He is also wreckless and leaves himself wide open when he misses 90% of the strikes/kicks he throws(exaggeration but you get my point).

YouTube is a beauty, right. Before this little exchange, I would put money on it that you wouldn't be able to say one thing about him, but I digress.

And you are right, I probably should "get off his ball bag" but I'm excited for the kid. Stay classy my friend.

Rofl. Yeah bro, you're the only one who watches Bellator, KOTC, and who watched Strikeforce. You're super fan #1. Riggs may be past his prime, but he wouldn't lose to someone who doesn't have a prime. You do realize Souza's strong point is his ground game right? His black belt in capoeira is nice, but it's nothing like that black belt in BJJ. He also fights out of American Top Team. I dunno I guess that brown belt in BJJ from Philadelphia Fight Factory is somehow better.

Would you care to bet on this fight since for some reason you can't handle people having a different opinion on the outcome of it?
