Mario Navarro Wiki

Mario Navarro is an American featherweight fighter currently signed to Bellator. He has a background in Muay Thai which included seventeen fights before he began his MMA career. He trains out of Razor Fight Team in Huntington Beach, California.
Mario began his career by periodically fighting at local promotions in his area. Between 2009 and 2011, he was able to go undefeated with three finishes. He has fought more consistently since then, with four fights between 2011 and 2012.

After his initial undefeated streak, he would lose his next two fights but despite this, he would be signed by Bellator in late 2012. Navarro made his Bellator debut at a catchweight of 140 against Anthony Bain at Bellator 82 and was able to finish the fight by submission in the second round. He is next set to fight third degree Gracie Jiu Jitsu black belt, Cleber Luciano, at Bellator 85.
