oh i will.
138 before hand everyone said was an awful card full of nobodies, but turned out to be a really fun card and a great night out. so im not too hung up on getting any more names, having said ross pearson would be nice if he gets through next week without injury- he hasnt fought over here in nearly 3 years, and the arena is like 3 minutes from rough house/bushido who he used to train with.

I'm really interested in that Ogle/Akira matchup.  Should be a fun one to watch.  Pickett/Jabouin should be exciting also.

True, wasn't a fan of him on the show.  Tried to bully people around and he wasn't even that tough.

My pick for fight card of the year in terms of how competitive the bouts end up being, mixed with exciting finishes, both KOs and Subs.

Apparently Jorgen Kruth is retiring and will not fight Maldanado.

"I've been thinking a long time, but now I feel that it is time", says Kruth. "I do not have the focus or motivation anymore and the body does not respond. I'm not getting the results I want. I have not reached the level required to compete and do not feel it's working anymore. I can not reach where I want and, I want to end up on top."

Really interested to see what Manuwa is going to be able to do against higher end competition.  No doubt the man has power, but does he have any cardio?

that was a pretty nasty KO!

Much better match ups throughout the card!

That KO was garbage in terms of technical execution, his opponent was clearly tired more than anything. The guy didn't even turn his hips a little bit, that was 100% arm, just straight trash.

I posted that one because it was a short vid.  Does this one satisfy your technical requirements?

Go to about 4:30 for the finish.

My knock isn't on you, OldManGloom, its the punch in that first video. I was just going over how to throw hooks in class yesterday so it was especially noticable is all. I wasn't even knocking Manuwa as a fighter, just that one punch.

Fair enough, I don't train so I likely don't notice some of the finer nuances of the striking game.  To me it's a grazing hook with enough power to KO an opponent.

Two days to see a new UFC event. The most interesting for me is to see is Manuwa's fight. I have watched any fight of Manuwa and his hang potency is incredible. Also UFC needs more great fighter for Lightheavyweight. will be Manuwa a great fighter in UFC? I think so.

Altought Strikeforce event was cancelled, the UFC fan have a amazing weekend to enjoy MMA, Bellator and UFC.

Manuwa needs to face a wrestler. That's all I can say about British fighters with only KO wins to their record.

@whipton I've watched every single one of Manuwa's pro fights and I've seen some pretty damn good take downs, guard passes, and full mounts. Not to say they're top notch But he does have it. He's been taken down less times than I can count on one hand and multiple of his opponents have tried. When he does get takendown, he pops right back up. Kingsbury is a good test for him because he is the best wrestler he has ever fought. But from what I've seen from Manuwa, I still think he wins by KO.
