I haven't taped this fight yet cuz it's still more than one week out but off the top of my head I think poirier's underwhelming tdd and wrestling are gonna be made up by his very good bjj and scrambling ability, I can't imagine BSD straight up gets a submission on poirier or is able to control him for 5 rounds. after round 3, I'm imagining the superior cardio is going to take over for a r4/r5 tko win

@baremaras you mean DPs cardio? I guess it hasn’t been fully tested but I think BSDs cardio will be just as good if not better

i meant poirier's cardio is more proven than bsd's. you gotta remember BSD is actually gigantic for the weight class and cuts a lot of weight, i'm assuming when you hit those championship rounds that big cut must take a toll on you
