Barboza was talking so much ****. Bobby Green's a class act and a great ambassador for the sport.

I feel the Green butthurtness is strong tonight

the guy should've taken the fight more seriously and if he would've started his offensive sooner maybe he would've gotten a chance to defeat Barboza.

Green doing that **** was obviously an attempt to get into his opponents head and make him stand and trade with him instead of continuing to use movement and pick him apart from the outside. It's a legitimate strategy, and works a lot of times.

I don't mind Green's antics but at some point you need to throw a punch or two.

@boredoms,, exactly he was just there saying no and shaking his hands/head.... wann do that, fine with me, but your not gonna win a fight by sayin it doesn't hurt, specially if your leg is clearly busted and you get knockdown

This is one of the few times I didn't pick a main event with my heart. Cub is a beast and I love his style. Frankie, I respect, but am not a big fan of, but I picked him to win, because I think he's got the rasslin and cardio to squeak it out.

Even though I didn't pick Barboza to win, he really impressed me with this fight tonight. He fought a very good fight and showed a lot of improvement with his movement. He's always had versatile striking and hits hard, but tonight it seemed like he's really coming into his own all the way around at keeping the fight where he fights his fight and not his opponent's. Congrats to Barboza fighting a very good fight.

I hope Swanson wins too (even though I have soooo many parlays in the wagering league that depend on Edgar) The last thing I want to see is Aldo and Edgar again. More Frankie rematches? Plz no.

I picked Frankie Edgar to win this fight, but in all honesty, this is one of those fights that really go either way. I think that the longer the fight goes on, the more it plays into Edgar's favor, but if Swanson can strike early, strike hard, strike fast, and utilize his "killer instinct" to finish the fight, it could very well go in his favor. This is also a fight that could have "Fight Of The Year" written all over it!!!!

@legacy, I don't think he didn't take the fight seriously ... his antics are just to get his opponent to come in but in no way or form are they a lack of seriousness ...

I think Barboza surprised him with his discipline ... every time Bobby managed to get to the range he was looking for Barboza was out of there ... Barboza attacked when Bobby was at his preferred range (which is a bit farther away) and never let Bobby be in his range for more than a split second.

I don't think I've ever seen Barboza so disciplined ... that also helped him not gas out too imo, he wasn't pushed into a faster fight than he wanted, his attacks were burst-rest-burst, he wasn't forced to grapple at all so he was left with enough cardio for 3 rounds.

I find it hard to believe that Bobby took him lightly ... don't let the shrugs and hands down fool you, they're a tactic and a weapon, not lack of seriousness in any way or form.

I think I have to rank Barboza in the top 10 now. Feels weird but Green was there and that was an awesome performance.

This fight should rule.
