Font-Yanez

This is a true pick em, I feel like most of you bettors are leaning Font because of the odds. What a technical standup fight this could be. If Yanez can slip that jab from Font and return with body shots or those wide hooks, I see him getting the finish in this one. Otherwise Font may actually be able to control the fight with his jab.

Trey Ogden vs. Iganacio Bahamondes

I think with Ogden not being at Glory anymore, Bahamondes should be able to starch him. I honestly think Bahamondes has a pretty average skillset, but his height and length makes up for any disadvantages he has against his opponents, and he can sneak into the top 15 at some point, but I think his ceiling is #9 or #10

Font has more experience, more volume and arguably better boxing. He's the more proven guy. That said, I'm betting yanez and he probably gets the ko. I'm basing that on the fact font has been knocked down 5 times in his last two fights and yanez has 6 knockdowns in his last two. I can't ignore that. I think yanez lands clean counters in the second after getting settled in the first and puts him out

Yea Ogden beat zelhuber cause zelhuber froze and wouldn't throw. One thing about Ignacio he's gonna put out volume all night and I don't see Ogden keeping up

yanez doesnt move his head much to avoid jabs, tends to just jab with his oppoent and build of that. he does good work against southpaws winning the hand fight. if fonts prepared well for this fight he prob wont let it stay standing past the first round. if he gets rocked and still decides that hes going to spam 1 2s then i see yanez finishing him. but i have faith in fonts team and coaches in providing him with a strong gameplan. They should know at this point that they cant treat font like kattar cause that guys made out of granite while fonts made out of jelly. Font should fight the way he normally does in the first as yanez is a bit of a slow starter but once yanez starts finding counters and landing offence of his own he should be looking to grapple.

I'm leaning Font because the QOC and experience favors him greatly. Yanez's win streak is impressive for sure but he hasn't fought anybody. His best win is Davey Grant and it wasn't even convincing.

I couldn't agree more that it's a pick'em.

So you guys are now all beginning to realise that all the points I made very early on when everyone was jumping aboard all these hype trains are now true. Gastelum being favoured, CRod being very good and that fight very close, Masvidal being underlooked, Font being a really good underdog, Pereira likely beating Izzy again.

I know y'all don't want to admit it, but I set trends on here.
