> People are too harsh on Raul Rosa Jr, Dude 18 years old, Let the kid get better
in my opinion this is the problem with the type of promotion the UFC does. They took all that time to build up this kid in their promotional videos and social media posts to be someone who he's really not. It's not that this kid can't ever reach that point and be that person that they were selling to us, but right now that's just not him. Rob Font talked about it with Adrian Yanez; where everyone was building him up to be able to walk through Font, and in reality we saw him exposed for not being who we were told he was going to be on that night.
So you're not wrong, but I think that people are just reacting to the "false advertising" they were given for the last few weeks. They're basically reviewing a product for what it really is right now, but maybe in like 4-5 years it ends up being the best thing ever after some improvements are made. That's at least the way I'm looking at it.

It’s the UFC’s fault. They could’ve literally given him one of the 15 or so 135ers they’re gonna cut for dwcs anyways but instead they give him a legit prospect? Seems very stupid from their part. The only reasoning I can understand is it was a test to see if they push him or slow roll him but other than that I don’t understand why they made that fight
