I hope Isreal Adesanya uses the Undertaker's druids theme once in his UFC run.

@rah about hypetrains

Predictions: 7 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 440 Points   |   Tied for 1532nd

Your dislikes could have something to do with an arrogant and egoistic comment and not an ”they dislike me ’cause im right!” - thing. ;)

Not that it bothers me really, it’s sometimes fun as hell to read all the insults and bantering in here. I’ve laughed out loud several times reading this ****. Though in some cases it makes more tiresome to find Rustytennakoon’s or Baremaras’s predictions and betting tips in the thread. To me, those two guys or gals have highest quality in their analysis.

Personally I’ve found that catching hypetrains when they lose gives you best value in betting. And in general, I dont think there’s a better sports to bet underdogs than MMA. Specially championship events have usually juicy underdogs all over. This card might have the most ever, I hope everyone catches them. Edwards has gotten me a lot of money as have/will Pereira. Pisses me off though that couldn’t catch Valentina losing, that would have been very valuable.

Keep up the good work!

Rosas looked smaller than I expected standing next to Rodriguez, he better get this to the ground quickly.

I mean the reason Izzy gets the "4th" shot is he was reigning champion of MW for so long, they're not really counting his kickboxing loses. That being said, once he gets chinned inside 2 this time we won't be seeing them fight anymore

Yeah literally what the **** are you goofballs talking about? This is their 2nd MMA fight. Any champion who has defended the title as many times as Izzy always gets an automatic rematch. What happened in kickboxing before has no barring whatsoever on whether Izzy should get a rematch.

He should obviously get a rematch and he would be very smart to try and use some of the other dimensions of this sport if he wants to win since this ISNT kickboxing.

Whos ****s this up?

Predictions: 5 of 12 Winners, 2 Perfect, 340 Points   |   Tied for 3713th

1.Shayilan ML
2.Bahamondes ML
3. Williams ML=(+141)
(+)
4. Pyfer ML=(+276)

I think Garcia would need to finish Shayilan to win; I think the opposite is much more likely to happen. Ogden beating Bahamondes would be one of the biggest upsets on the card. Sherman is going to get absolutely rag-dolled. Pyfer is the biggest wildcard IMO. I could see him starching GM3 under 1.5 rounds or I could see GM3 winning by sub or decision.

Leaving Pyfer out doesn't leave a ton of juice but it might be worth pulling the trigger on. Would be interested to read some thoughts.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 6 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 440 Points   |   Tied for 1638th

Pereira vs. Adesanya II
Alex Pereira, TKO, R2
Alex is going to take off exactly where he finish in the 5th round walking down Izzy and landing big shots and mixing in some kicks . I think if Alex never gets clipped in that 1st round he finds the KO a lot fast . I don’t like all this talk of Izzy wrestling . His never wrestled and if he was so close to winning the fight why are running with a whole new game plan ? I think Alex will be more aware of the take downs now to I get Izzy has worked them more but we never thought it was going to hit the mat and when it did Alex was going for trip anyway I doubt Izzy has the ability to shoot double leg on Alex in the middle of the cage I really do . And if he fails that take down and gets stuck in the clinch I have watched the fight back so many time Alex landed some nice clinch work that made Izzy back up if he can get more work there aswell I like him even more in this fight . Under dog price 3-0 what more can I say ALEX KO RD 2,3,4 +420 take my money

Font vs. Yanez
Adrian Yanez, DEC
Another tough one yanez hasn’t been agaist the top dogs yet but this is his first walk in the yard with the big boys . I been watching yanez since his contenter fight and man his straight up boxing is slick his hand movement and ability to fight in the pocket is some of the best I have seen . I think this is going to be a straight up boxing match and I like fonts jab and ability use his length but if the only thing yanez has to get past is jab with his boxing IQ I think he will set Font up off the jab with something big i think he can finish don’t but first time agaist the big dogs I’ll take him to win atleast 2 rounds .

Holland vs. Ponzinibbio
Kevin Holland, TKO, R2
I see a lot of people picking Ponzi and I don’t hate it’s a good dog pick but I can pick against that reach advantage it’s just too much . Holland early .

Rosas Jr. vs. Rodriguez
Raul Rosas Jr., DEC
Rosas Dec I could see him gassing and getting stopped in the 3rd but I like this kid I’ll ride with him for now

Gastelum vs. Curtis
Chris Curtis, DEC
Close fight I think it’s going to be a stand up fight Gastlelum could out work Curtis with volume but I think Curt’s can land the big power shots and maybe put Kelvin Down

Meerschaert vs. Pyfer
Gerald Meerschaert, TKO, R1
Gm3 is underrated and could pull this off if Joe tries to finish this and gasses but I think pyfer is going to look to put a statement on big card . The disrespect on gm3 from the book makes is tough to look past but I’ll probs have a play on him round 2,3 SUB

Williams vs. Sherman
Karl Williams, DEC
Like this as a parlay bet I think Williams wins the easy I don’t know if he can finish but

Ogden vs. Bahamondes
Ignacio Bahamondes, TKO, R2
Siding with age here been awhile since we seen Bahamondes I’m expecting to see improvement his finished his past 2 UFC fights in the 3rd but I like him early here

Garcia vs. Nuerdanbieke
Shayilan Nuerdanbieke, DEC
Garcia is decent but I think Nuerdanbieke is just a bit better and has more power

Hughes vs. Amorim
Jaqueline Amorim, SUB, R1
Amorim is very high level bjj and is running threw everyone quick I like her to get a sub early here .
