why didn't he throw anything, With the length he had over munhoz, atleast throwing a jab or that quick teep he has can help, but he didn't. Thats why Munhoz won that round, therefore, before the stoppage, Sean was losing, anyone with half a brain knows how it works. I get you're inbred but it's still rather easy to understand that Sean was down in rounds and that Munhoz didn't quit.

Btw Lozoyo is in the regionals stillz because he isn't as active as Sean was during his pro career, he started a year earlier but doesn't fight often, Sean on the other hand fought 4 ******* fights in 2015 and 3 more times within the span of 2016 until mid 2017 which was when he got signed, Simple logic once more

I don't necessarily disagree with you but it is refreshing to have good technical debate about a style rather than listen to JReynolds make strawman arguments with people. I think the Philly Shell probably could classify as a hands down style, maybe I will meet you in the middle and call it a hand (just one lol) down style given whole premise of the guard is the lead hand protecting the body while the rear hand and shoulder protect the chin. Regardless, I am a massive fan of watching and using the Philly Shell personally and it is nice to see it translate to the UFC also with guys like Poirier.

Bobby Green's philly shell is my favorite, he usually moves in his head but he slaps on a philly shell for extra defense, so it just looks fluid man. It's really an underrated defensive striking method in MMA, it's used more in boxing
