I don’t understand the odds on magny vs griffin. Griffin hasn’t beaten anyone on the level of magny and his winstreak is pretty weak competition.

Line is fair. Griffin could win if his fight iq is there

I just think the experience will play a factor. Griffin has some bad losses

magny runs from the fight, he picks and chooses his spots stays on his horse the entire time. Griffin has equal cardio but pressures more. I think he hits harder also. Neil has fought more established talent all to decision wins. Max's recent fights have been more impressive IMO. like jreynolds said its a iq test now for max

Griffin seems like a pretty easy matchup for Neil on paper. He doesn't really excel anywhere, sure, his bread and butter is the striking and he can crack, but that's something Neil has seen in many of his fights.

Magny's wrestling should also be good enough to burn time off the clock if he so needs. This fight takes out one of Griffin's new tools, his takedowns - he's not going to have sustained success there against Magny.

First glance at this card, this one is underdog heavy or at least the potential for it to happen.  For all the bettors out there, I wouldn't go that heavy on this one and instead wait for the Volk vs TKZ card to make some money.

I see it quite the opposite, I see a lot of heavy favs winning on this card. Some of them are not ones you would ideally want at these kind of betting numbers, but they should win imo.

Cards that have a lot of upsets are the best to bet, who wants to bet the chalk on the regular? That's way too hard.

I'm surprise Curtis is only -400 favourite honestly, I don't really see how Daukaus really win this, Curtis is just going to wresle **** him, Curtis is a big heavyweight and Chris Daukaus is tiny, Also Blaydes is way more talented, Getting Slept by Francis and Lewis isn't bad at all

I swear Curtis was a bigger favorite in more dangerous spots like against Rozenstuck and Volkov

The main fight I am having 2nd thoughts about now is Slava Vs Diakiese.

As you may know I am not high on Slava, I think he is a hype train and very overated with his striking. His striking defence is not great (Bush almost KOd him and if you look at the body shot he landed to finish Bush he got cracked hard on the chin at the same time). He has not fought someone the level of Diakiese.

I think if Slava fought Fiziev he would have been KOd in round 1. Diakiese also has a 4 inch reach advantage. Also you take out Chris Duncan who fought a stupid game plan and Dakota Bush who is mainly a wrestler and look at Slava's MMA record it is not good.

Having a good think about this one, I am going to study more tape and decide closer to the day, but I may change my choice here.

@Rusty I have Diakese, but I'm not sure how he wins.  I have DEC penciled in for now. :-/  I just don't see Slava's chin giving out.

Diakese presents a more favorable style to Slava than Fiziev would. Fiziev fights way cleaner and he shines in those fights; if Diakese comes out swinging for the bleachers like he's done a few times in the past, I could see Slava laying him out with a left hook.

I'm not denying Marc's chances at winning this fight, but I don't think it works likes that

Great to know you are thinking the same. I have to say I am not sure I trust Slava's chin. He was wobbled badly by Bush and I feel that Diakiese may crack him. Still not 100% sure but I am very close to switching my pick.

100% man, Fiziev is special. And yes, Slava could definitely catch him with a counter, he seems very good at that. But I dunno man, Diakiese seems to have very good striking though mainly throwing single shots he has good kicks and good boxing and seems to have good durability. I do like how Slava throws body shots and lines up combinations. Close one!
