Anybody else see those botched weigh-ins? UFC went full-******.

There were no ceremonial weigh-ins! This went on for about 20 mins;
It was like they couldn't get the video feed to the weigh in. The cage and weigh ins are in separate places, and they just started randomly turning on the cameras stationed around the cage setup for tomorrow night with random UFC workers standing around for about 10 minutes.
Finally, there was one of those big ass stadium screens. Well they turned on one camera that you could see the screen. On that screen? THE LIVE WEIGH IN.
So like on a tiny portion of the screen, you could see the ceremonial weigh in across the arena.
Then they started playing all the prelim stuff for tomorrow night. Yes. All the overlays, graphics, music, tale of the tape, everything, even like the overhead shots of Santiago, Chile.
Then they did all the graphics for one of the fights overlayed on the screen.
Then they started playing the walkout music for both. But it wasn't just walkout music, it was a text overlay like would be written on a power point slide. Then the stream got cut.

Usman can probably follow the blueprint that Woodley and Covington used to get the win, but all it takes is one mistake and Maia will make him pay.

Woodley was galloping away from Maia so hard and fast his heels here clacking. Colby met Maia in the center of the octagon and whooped his ass. Completely different "blueprints"

They both used their wrestling backgrounds to avoid grappling and out-strike Maia. Colby was just a lot more effective due to not "galloping away" and committing to strikes a lot more. Same game plan, just executed better by Colby. Usman can probably do something similar.

Colby didn't avoid anything man. Beat the snot out of Maia in EVERY aspect of MMA. With relative ease.

But i've been watching since the first ufc and i no a bum like covington when i see one.
He dressed up like connar a conference or two ago. He talked **** to people who wherent even talking to him. Just to make controversy because his trash talk skills are much better then his martial arts skills. He'll be thrown off the hype train soon enough probably around the same time as mckenzie weight cut cheater dern and israel adesenya do.
