You can't avoid a war with that style unless you take him down. Usually if you hurt someone with that style they stop walking you down not gaethje. First to knock Johnson out with all the elite people he has fought. Ferguson next please. I don't want him to be matched up with khabib

Only other logical choice is barboza a very winnable fight but if Edson times him with a well placed shot it will be a different story. Can picture the knee he done on dariush

One thing I will say is that I hope Gaethje can stop being so brazen and leaving his chin out to get struck and finally learn some head and body movement.  It bothered me with what happened to Liddell and Hendo (as much as I like that style) and all the damage they absorbed, I hope it doesn't happen to him.

@Kuma

Tony would pick Gaethje apart.  As soon as Gaethje tries to push the pace, Tony will use footwork to stay out of range and use his length and cave Gaethje's head in with a head kick.  Now if Gaethje actually used his wrestling or head movement, then it could go either way.  Otherwise, Gaethje gets merked by El Cucuy.

I don't disagree but the fight would be amazing.If I was Justin's manager I wouldn't ask for that fight lol unless for an interim but as a fight fan yes please.I would give Justin a chance in that fight,not a great one,not a horrible one.His pressure is just so hard to deal with and it's not like we haven't seen Tony in trouble like vs Landon,he was in all kinds of trouble and Landon doesn't even hit hard.I think Tony's stubborn and ultra confident which could be a problem vs Justin's style and I could see him fighting Justin's fight and losing for it.

Takeaways from this event:

TUF cards can't draw for **** anymore unless they are at the Palm.

Gaethje is legit.

Todd Grisham sucks at play by play.
