After watching the event this morning all I can think is Viacom is the king of trying to exploit nostalgia. They are the company that brought you a crappy versions of Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, GI Joe, and now a crappy knockoff of Pride complete with parade of Fighters and crazy Pride lady. I really never thought I would say Phil Davis put on the most entertaining fights of night. Overall none of the MMA fights that aired on Spike were bad or boring. Can't say the same for the glory portion which were the low points of the night for me. The other low point was the Fedor announcement, I have litte interest in him fighting some nobody or journeyman in a meaningless fight in Japan.
