Decided to make this the UFC 147 discussion thread anyway, might as well.

The original intention though was to talk about the 2000th fight in UFC history, scheduled to be between Yuri Alcantara and Hacran Dias. What a milestone, the sport's come pretty far.

Hoping you're right Trae, but the possibility is there for it to happen.

This fight could go either way...each guy can KO each other or it could go to a 5 round decision.

Yea me too man, i only got 2 decisions on my picks. This card is in Brazil, they better not let the judges decide who wins, Brazil card when Anderson was on it, didnt have any submissions. I guess black belts cancel each other out in Brazil when it comes to high level MMA

Gebe, that is okay with me.  Most people didn't watch the show and are just going off what they see.  Bodao is a beast that as the fight progresses he gets tougher.  Maccarrao is the opposite, he fades as the fight progresses.

take solace young padowan in knowing you will be declared the victor tonight.

I really find myself worrying about Texeira vs Perpetuo, because early Perpetuo was listed at 0-0-0... How many people checked other sources? There's no way he wasn't into TUF without pro fight experience.

Gebe, they should have let em throw down at the weigh-ins.  Hopefully Gasparzinho KTFO's Damm.  I think Damm was a waste of a spot on the show because of his age.

Bodao wasn't supposed to be alive.  He had a severe battle with Leukemia and won that, fights are easy for him.

I really hate the fact I liked most of the guys on this show.

Yeah me too man. Was realy rooting for Sarafian. Liked almost all the middleweights, didn't like Moraes, so I'll like to see him get KO'd by Mutante.

I agree with Damm, but the match-up with Gaspar... I donno what to say, Damm has the experience and Gaspar wasn't really in his element in the show. So I've went with experience here, but I'd like to be proven me wrong.

TUF Brazil all in all was great.
