After all the hype for the last few days, Dana announces Zhang Weili vs. Yan Xiaonan. Its a good fight (for WMMA) and I know Dana wants to build up the Chinese market but come on, why did we have to wait a day for this announcement. Its WMMA, most mma fans could care less.

It was pretty much guaranteed a women title fight was on the card and even with them on it. I think UFC 300 can be great. Just don’t put Belal off this card and I think it be sweet. I think he doing so much damage to the hype of this card. No one wants to watch him and UFC aren’t going to make a card to make up for him being on it.

Belal as co-main of UFC 300 might be the worst business decision UFC ever done, he’s PPV poison

@jeffferson @spiderdijon as part of the ESPN deal the UFC are contracted to x amount of cards a year & x amount of title fights. Which is why we get interim fights, title shots that make no sense and the BMF title.

Its to fill a contractual quota.

The same reason the UFC's roster has doubled since the deal and theres a fight every weekend. Downside is the cards are **** now & the 4 fight contract guys are either not ready or ****, as the UFC doesnt need to rely on PPV.
