I think Hall is the prime fighter in this match. Souza is old, slower, stays planted a lot, and bulldozes himself into clinch heavy.
Hall put Bevon Lewis to sleep and broke Cara de Sapato's nose with the first punch, both were rushing him.
Hall has finished every fight he's won since 2015 except Shoeface.
Souza is strong and skilled but if he gets his nose broken or gets hit flush, he's most likely going down.
Hall is weak on the ground but has yet to be submitted.
He hasn't faced a grappler like souza but Shoeface was perfect preparation. I was fearful Hall gets KO'd but he took heavy beatings from Costa and Lewis, i'm confident he can last this time around. Plus the last guy Souza KO'd was weidman 🤣

There's nothing wrong with this perspective but from a gambling point of view, I believe it is to biased to uphold the past so greatly. I only review and accredit only what has happened in the UFC after USADA

Anthony Pettis, TKO, R2
Cowboys chin is used up. He will get KO Ed by anyone just like old man Chuck Liddel

Werdum should be a fairly hefty favorite to win, and he very probably will.

no one can predict the future. I never said it was proof he was going to 100% win, he can easily lose this fight as much as Souza can lose the fight. it's 50/50 but if I were a betting man, I would prefer to take the younger guy with KO potential at any second opposed to Souza having to execute a perfect gameplan or do everything right. I just think he's the most likely to upset naturally. Niko and Gaethje have natural upset ability in any fight because they're strong punchers who get to it.
Hall did get dominated in the last 4 of his fights but he won 3 of those.
He also is relatively new to Fortis, he seems to be a little brighter now.

He might have been the first one to finish Hall but atleast Hall didn't get knocked out for another 6 years.
There has been a highlight reel finish every year for the past 5 years featuring weidman's death.

Luque, SUB R2
Best fight on the card IMO. Guaranteed violence. Niko can smoke anybody early, and he'll have to to win here because Luque can take a shot, and he's good at avoiding the kitchen sink. Luque's fight to lose, and I'm going to take him in this by sub on the basis that I don't think he's silly enough to trade fire with Price over 5 minutes.
Francis N'Gannou vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik
Rozenstruik, KO/TKO R2.
Difficult fight to predict. Both guys have the power to end one another in a heartbeat. Ngannou isn't good, he's simply a freak of nature; monstrous reach and power, possibly the biggest puncher ever seen in the octagon at the expense of porosity and bad shot selection. Rozenstruik is a far classier striker with a much more sophisticated arsenal of strikes, has much better reads, and is much better at picking his moment. He does fight overly tentatively, as we saw with Overeem, and really pulled a rabbit out of his ass in that fight.
I can see a repeat of that form against Francis, and if anything has the potential to turn into Lewis vs Ngannou 2.0 it's this ******* thing.
We haven't seen Francis in trouble yet, so it is difficult to know how well he can weather storms. I don't like how Rozenstruik opens himself up to shovel punches and uppercuts.....especially against a guy like Ngannou who can throw them better than any other HW around. They're not pretty, but they come from the other end of the cage and they land big.
I'll take Rozenstruik with no confidence here. This will either be a great fight, or a soft-on inducing ****show that will make nobody want to see either of them fight anyone ever again.

It's a gonna be a bunch of russian submission attempts Werdum isn't used to until he locks it.
He has a hail mary right arm and was able to connect multiple times on overeem and Travis Browne.
Olenik manhandled Maurice Greene and that guy is a giant and wasn't a pushover.
I'm making the bold claim he's better mma grappler because he has 40+ submissions where as Werdum has more KOs.
Werdum looked terrible in the Volkov fight and i've seen him too passive in guard and on top in his past few fights. One cannot be that comfortable holding olenik in any position.
Werdum is much bigger though and also a true striker, he'll probably have his way with Olenik, but as the biggest favorite on any wagering sites after a 2 year layoff and USADA suspension, i'm siding the active clean gorilla arm soldier.
