This guy is talking about Cruz/Johnson like that was just the other day, that was 9 years ago🤣
He sure as hell didn't look like that against Garbrandt.
Based solely off Cruz's last performance, he's getting murked.
Also yes, Esparza'a striking is ugly, even her elbows from mount are funny. I do think Watwrson is the better striker.

I find it odd Cruz stopped fighting all of a sudden after his proclaimed greatness and nice record. he should have kept going. Nothing wrong with saving your nice record, but I believe he left the game because he knows this is a new era of fighters and he won't be able to compete with them.

I do know Dana White uses these fighters for money but I do believe she was scared. She is a female warrior who got brutalized like she had never been before and it changed her. Her ego was done just like that. girls are still very emotional beings, even if they're fighters.

Fish, I did say "in comparison" meaning decent boxing for the women's division.!
Outside of Joanna, De Randamie and the 2 Mexicans Grasso and Aldana all boxing in WMMA isn't great! The men's isn't much better either, there's about a dozen guys who throw a decent jab!!!
Whenever I talk about boxing in MMA it's in comparison with the level. Example, Esparza has decent boxing,,,, for the standard of her competition.

i dont believe that at all, if you saw the fight with budd cyborg was at her brutal best. dana never liked cyborg, bullied her and treated her like **** the whole time she was in the ufc.i will never believe cyborg was afraid to fight anyone. if there is such a thing as a womens goat she has to be in the conversation. with a 22-2 record shes my choice as the best.

You know, the troll doll could win but I'm surprised Waterson isn't the favorite. She's got a very strong base and is a far better striker than Gadelha who did beat Esparza though I personally thought Esparza took that.

I don't consider her one of the 7 interesting WMMA fighters in existence.

I don’t understand why you so believe in Uriah Hall. What can he win early? Błachowicz failed to do this. Błachowicz won by a close decision. Hall in its entire history fought 1 time in 5 rounds and fell in 1 round from Gegard Mousasi. Souza only in 2019 already went to battle in 5 rounds

I agree. Carla's wrestling is elite, the problem is when she gets in trouble that's all she does. I love Waterson, but I think she's been at Jackson's too long and I don't think she's going to be able to keep up cardio wise with Carla's pressure and takedowns.
