Alex Pereira vs Jamahal Hill
Very interesting fight even tho people say its not worthy of UFC 300 I think it will deliver,
In this matchup I favor Alex Pereira because this will probably be a standup fight and Pereira is just on another level above everyone in UFC in terms of Striking BUT he carry his hands very low and that gives Hill a big opportunity and also I think Hill is better striker than Jiri and that he will have his chances on the feet too.Big thing in this matchup will be Pereira's low kicks will he have his success with them or not so far we seen that even Elite Striker like Adesanya wasn't able to stop them if Pereira can get them going against Hill like he did against other guys it will be a tough night for Hill also both guys are very hittable and both have Crazy Knockout power so even if someone starts to have success in the fight he will still be in danger.My Prediction is that Pereira will defend his title. I don't see this fight going to later rounds both guys will be looking to KO each other from the start.

BMF Title fight (Peoples Main Event)
Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway
I see this one being a wild fight we know that Max Holloway has an unbelievable chin and that he has never been knocked down in UFC which sounds crazy when you see that he has 28 fights in UFC and the names that he fought I think he will not get knocked down in this fight too on the other side a Highlight Reel BMF Champ Justin Gaethje coming after delivering that wild High Kick Knockout over Dustin Poirier, Justin is known for doing Damage to his opponents I think he will have little bit harder time doing damage to Max Holloway in my opinion because I think that Max Holloway have advantage in Striking Skills and will probably be faster (can't know for sure because he added some weight but you would predict he would be faster since he fast one of the fastest guys in 145) on the other side Gaethje have advantage in Power. I think Holloway will be able to put pressure on Gaethje in later rounds with volume Striking if Max can keep the distance and do his thing I see him beating Gaethje.
Prediction: Holloway by DEC (Someone will consider this a hot take but yeah I think holloway will out strike Gaethje) if Holloway beats Gaethje I would like to see him stay at 155 a try a run for a title why not.
Charles Oliveria vs Arman Tsarukyan (winner will most likely get next title shot)
Charles Oliveira a fan favorite against and upcoming force in Arman Tsarukyan
Charles Oliveira is looking to beat Tsarukyan and go on to revenge his loss to Makhachev he looks very motivated and he showed it in Dariush fight.
Both Guys are coming from R1 Finish victories against Dariush
In this fight I think that Charles Oliveira will be too much for Tsarukyan the experience is heavily on Oliveira's side I don't know how he is the underdog here just looking at his resume is crazy he beat and finished Gaethje, Poirier, Chandler, Dariush...
when on the other side Tsaruykan is also on a good streak but against names that are not that loud he is on a 3-fight win streak: Ismagulov by DEC, Joaquim Silva by KO, and most notable win Dariush by KO I think Oliveira will be his toughest opponent and is a big jump in competition I see Oliveira as a better striker and a better grappler dangerous on his back and on top basically everywhere fight goes Oliveira is dangerous,but Tsarukyan showed his toughness against Makhachev in his debut a long time ago but I think Makhachev then and now are two different fighters,I can see Oliveira win by anything KO,SUB,DEC on the other side I think if Tsarukyan wins it would be some close decision. Can't forget that Tsarukyan had back-and-forth fights with some lesser competition and that Oliveira is lately finishing everyone in the top 5. With lesser competition I don't mean that does guys are bad they are very good fighters but they are just not on the level of the opponents Oliveira beat.

These are 3 bets I will place and that's why I shared them here my English is not fluid so maybe I didn't say something in the right way I do not want to offend any fighter or their Fans these are just my predictions things I will bet on and my look at things and why I am doing this 3 bets.
