How did Jorge Masvidal get the co-main event spot?

Because he one of the biggest stars in the sport, They will be ******** to not make him co-main because they're be  leaving money on the table,

Yeah, everyones agreeing that Burns going to smoke Masvidal, But it also doesn't mean Masvidal isn't a big star, UFC gave Masvidal a title shot after losing clearly to the champ and gave him 2 PPV main event even tho he ain't champion or fighting for one

Your record should dictate your drawing power.

Masvidal doesn't have the extreme beast knockout power of 130 pound Dan Hooker

I think it does, People like to see good or interesting fights just as much or even more then an entertaining one, And look at most the biggest stars in MMA, Most are good(being generous with that word) or great fighter, It rare you a popular fighter and a bum, Paddy is the rare exception, Most the biggest stars in the sport are top 5 fighters

Don't get me wrong, Entertaiment is the most impotent thing in star power, But I think it wrong to say being good also isn't importent in popularity,

Masvidal vs Burns

Gilbert has been insane at WW and has been looking the best he’s ever been as of late, whereas Jorge has been looking dreadful as of late. I think Jorge can make this close on the feet but I don’t think he wins.

Font vs Yanez

Yanez is a good boxer but he isn’t as good a boxer as Font, Font has great output, good shot selection. If he had a good chin he’d be a huge problem for most fighters in bantamweights. Yanez was getting pieced up by Randy costa in the first round and had a close fight with Davey. He isn’t ready for the Fonts of the division imo.

Rosas Jr Vs Rodriguez

Creerod is legit, this is a close fight tbh, on the feet Ceerod clearly has a advantage, he has good power for bw and good shot selection, however his tdd is bad and that’s what Raul will want to do (take him down). I think we’ll see a close fight but I have to favour the grappler in this when the striker has poor tdd

Holland vs Ponzinibbio

I’m never confident in Kevin but I think he gets it done here, Ponzi hasn’t look good since he had that layoff in 2018, I do believe he beat Geoff and Michel but a prime ponzi wouldn’t have made it that close. He was also losing clearly to Alex Morono on short notice. Holland should win here but I’m not super confident

Calvillo vs Godinez

Do I dare say it’s a lock in women’s mma?! I do believe she is a lock, ik she didn’t look good vs Hill but Calvillo is washed and idk how she’s still in the ufc, she’s lost 4 in a row and not looked good in any of them. I thought she’d retire tbh

Nuerdanbieke vs Garcia

Steve Garcia has no defence or iq and not the best chin, I don’t think Shayilan is that good but I don’t think Steve is any good, he’s only good at being a weight bully

Gastelum vs Curtis

Curtis just relies on hitting that shot, Kelvin is tough and he has good output I think he wins based on output. I’m not confident tho but I hope he wins he’s a legend 

Buckley just posted on his ig that he is taking the chiesa fight. I can’t tell if it’s April fools or not; the fact he posted it himself makes me think it’s legit

Yeah he said he was gonna go down after Curtis fight 

Buckley will be a monster at 170 if he can make the cut.

I think Buckley will get schooled on the ground if he fights Chiesa.

Barnett is out, Karl Williams stepping in to fight chase sherman. Tough go for chase, went from a winnable fight to an almost guaranteed loss

Also seems like Buckley vs chiesa was NOT an April fools joke. Best fight odds just released the odds for the fight 

I really wanted to see Sherman Vs Barnett.. They are really low level but both have made me some sweaty CASH at one point or another, and Barnett is just fun to watch in general..
