Do people not know Masvidal is 38 and has 16 losses that came every which way? Kind of sounds like y’all are judging him based on two meme KOs and hand waving only his best losses. He’s got like 50 fights other than those ones, and the results are MIXED. There is way too much tape on the guy for y’all to be overrating him this highly.

Nobody is overrating him or saying he's going to win, just saying its a much closer fight and Gilbert is far from a lock lol, he's chinny, has basic striking and if he doesn't get to some efficient wrestling right away he might get caught.

I don’t believe Jorge is a bad striker, but that Colby fight showed he’s on the decline. I think Burns will mix it up and outstrike Jorge on top of dominating him on the ground

Adesanya is getting his lights cut off

This is not the card to bet against Brazilians.

Jorge is literally all talk, he's not "taking Colby's soul" and will never be in championship contention again but will always be a draw just for that "Jorge might do something" factor which immediately disappoints. In what universe is he finishing GB?

Will Rob Font recover from that Vera whooping? I think he's close to hanging it up.

Holland finish on Ponz.

Pinherio? A girl who has TKO power and finishes? I must be dreaming.

Is GM3 not a live dog here? Pyfer gives fraud vibes and Bruno Silva and Muradov are better wins than Pyfer has had in his career. Plus we've seen GM3 beat guys he wasn't supposed to in his recent run. If GM3 doesn't get blasted first round he could find a sub for sure.

He was signed on the first contender series episode this year cause he was the only one that got a finish that episode. That was the one that Dana told Lorenzo Fertitta to attend and he was embarrassed cause the whole show sucked before the Pyfer fight. That's the reason Dana liked him so much "Be Joe Pyfer!". His level of competition prior to UFC is bad. They kept Amedovski around just to feed to Pyfer before cutting him. Pyfer is a big guy for the weight class with KO power and an ok ground game I dont see why hes a big favorite here.

I see Burns getting it done. Jorge is game though. Complete 180 turn from his 2019 year of success. He parlayed that into a couple title shots but time and success may have run out for Jorge

I think Pyfer needed some more build up before fighting someone like GM3. I think it’s gonna be a little too much too soon

I wish I could take Rob Font with any sort of confidence but the way he reacts to not only head but also body shots is worrying. I could see him winning most of the rounds and losing the fight to big moments like in the Aldo and Chito fights. He has taken hellacious damage recently.

Yes Dana White has a crush on Pyfer, he even bought him a house. Hard to see them giving him a fight he'll get subbed in already. But who knows. Wouldn't bet heavy either way unless mabye a live bet on GM if Pyfer starts struggling early.

Dana got chills when Michael Gillmore quit his job to try to become a UFC fighter and he probably came when Gillmore not only lost his job but was then kicked out of the UFC.
