If Volkov stand behind is jab Rozenstruik can conect a late powerpunch like he did to Overeem or like Lewis did to Volkov and if Volkov just go crazy on him like he did against Overeem or Harris its probably going to be a 1st or 2nd round finish one way or the other.

Zhalhas is losing a bunch in the UFC, but he's faced super tough competition.
On paper Molina's competition is not the same caliber.

Zhalgas seems to prefer forward pressuring, while throwing first in heavy hooks. Not much set up, but a lot of impactful strike attempts which can end the night in the first round.
As long as Molina does not get knocked out in the opening minutes, I believe his style of maintaining distance and lateral/backwards evasion is the counter to this aggressive style. Additionally, he throws a ton of one twos, so he should be able to land first - but mostly evade and and counter punch.
If it goes the distance Zhalgas could win the first round simply due to output, but I expect him to miss very often, slow down in the second and third where Molina picks him apart.
