Its also all speculation about how good his striking actually is; obviously you are going to look good against a 3-4 bjj guy. And idc about that split decision against a can crusher boxer, have you seen the fight an been able to judge his boxing skill?

also weeks is a striker by nature, yes he has wrestling but will he go to it? also yeah barberena's tdd sucks but look how many takedowns hes faced in the ufc; 42 in his last two alone

obviously you have, but have you seen this boxing match? surely if hes facing a pro boxer it would be the best judge of his striking skills; you did say yourself a can crusher boxer is better than a ufc can crusher

so have you seen this boxing match to judge his skills? I haven't been able to find it anywhere and I dont think its fair to say because he went to split decision against a undefeated can crusher then he has to have better standup than Bryan. Especially without watching the fight.

it seems hard to judge how good he actually is from watching an 80 second clip of the last round, but his striking looks decent, still not sure hes gonna be able to hang with barberena. 

as I said, that dude hasn't fought anyone of merit as a boxer, most of his wins are against debutants and his others have losing records, hard to tell if hes actually a good boxer or not
