I first found out about MMA, specifically the UFC from my best friend. I first started watching UFC in 2009 when he first told me about Ultimate Knockouts. I turned the show on and I found it really cool. Then I started looking for any events that were on Spike TV. I remember watching some really tall guy named Stefan Struve getting Knocked out by some fat guy Roy Nelson. Ever since that fight, Stefan Struve became my favorite fighter. Don't know why, guess it was originally due to how tall he is and how he towers over the cage. I hope that sooner or later MMA will be legalized in New York so me and my best friend can get tickets, even if it means sitting in the worst seats.
